Oh cool, it's literally the most entitled woman on Twitch.

Whining about people watching her without paying for it wasn't getting enough attention, I suppose.

The very fact that Barnes own arrogance got him kicked off the case. And he has to admit to sneakily trying to take over the case. If your ideas are so good and you are so competent you tend to be able to work well with people.

Barnes is arrogant but he isn't wrong about psychology playing a major role in criminal trials.
Psychological analysis of potentional jurors, understand exactly how the judge works and what he likes, running parallel juries and more is exactly how the upper class stay out of prison.

My reason for believing Kyle will be found guilty on all charges is mainly that this is a highly politized case in which even the sitting President has said that Kyle is guilty and a Nazi. Look at Kenosha, a leans blue county with a Dem mayor, and then think of what the average jury member will do (remember that most of them are white women). Will you expect all of them to defy their party and look at this case objectively?

Then there's also the threat of more riots if Kyle is found not guilty. I've heard the argument that the jury will find him innocent due to them thinking of Kyle as their own kid, but the main question for me is: are this people willing to risk yet another bout of burning and looting for this kid? Do they really want to risk that? Or will they offer Kyle as a sacrificial lamb in order to maintain peace within the city? I'm going to guess that they will do anything to avoid another confrontation.

TL,DR: The verdict hinges the jury being both principled enough to ignore politics and have the courage to stand up to powerful interests. This is why I said trusting the jury is an extremely bad idea.

Edit: fucking emojis
I don't know where to start with this. People like Kyle are not uncommon in places like that bit of Illinois, Wisconsin and Minnesota. You all see the big cities with Democratic governments letting rioting niggers and Antifa faggots run wild, but it doesn't happen outside of them, because of people like Kyle. Even in my little part of Manhattan. While lower Manhattan, part of the Bronx (of course) and Downtown Brooklyn had rioters galore, people marched out to meet looter and rioters, to protect their homes and businesses. Dominican immigrants have a lot to lose and they're familiar with looting nogs (Haiti is next door). I would not be surprised to learn they were armed, just like some of the looters, After that, you couldn't pay me to live in any other part of Manhattan, not even a 5th Ave mansion.

I don't think white people in places like Kenosha are that cucked, nor do I believe women are all the go along to get along kind. Midwesterners may be a lot of things but they aren't spineless. That would be the white people in places like NYC who let rioters run wild.

People bought firearms in record numbers after the riots. I don't think they also bought licenses for deer season, because that's not why they bought weapons. They don't trust the police to defend them after this summer. If TPTB think threatening another riot is going to get results I think they're being stupid, because people are prepared this time and are willing to take their chances with a jury of their peers if they have to mag dump on looters and rioters threatening them and their livelihoods.

People admitted to buying weapons after the riot on that jury. keep that in mind.
I know, the problem is that american society it's too violent as a whole.

Thing is, getting checked is extremely rare, so you could get to the city centre with a bag, assemble the rifle in a bathroom and start blasting people, but it doesn't happen. The problem is at the root of american culture
Listen Eurocuck, America was founded on the violent principle that we have a right to overthrow tyrants and oppressive governments. That's a feature, not a bug. Never come to my country.
Can you link me the one with the cats please? I need that after the shit this week.
Yes please, I need that link too.
The biggest push for gun control was when Reagan and other Californians tried to disarm Black Panthers due to their exercising their rights and policing their own neighborhoods then protesting in the state capitol with guns. The idea that whiteness = pro gun is insane and I have no idea where people get it from.
No, Reagan was Governor of California when the Black Panthers came to Sacramento carrying rifles, which was legal at the time. This was sometime in the 1960s. The big push for gun control came when he was shot with Brady and his exceptional family milked that shooting in a huge push for gun control in the 1980s and they still do to the present day. Reagan isn't as popular anymore as the boomers are dying off or in a state of deep dementia, like our current President.
One side is rioting, there's fire, destruction, mayhem, arghh. The other sideis, armed to the teeth with guns, jeeps and looking all mean, grrr.
The Taliban would politely disagree, inshallah.
I found out years later that the marines and army are two different branches as I was a young kid when I first saw this movie.

How would the USMC handled Normandy given that they had extensive experience in how to stage amphibious landings in the pacific in addition to the Nazis fearing the USMC out of all of its enemies due to them fighting them in the Argonne Forest during World War 1.
The jarheads were too busy with the japs in the Pacific. Also they're not as large as the Army, being naval infrantry.

Barnes had a plan that involved alot of work. the already hired defense is not a fan of work and likes to nap while in court...
Them not wanting him in court is one thing, but them not wanting any of the rescources Barnes got them is another one.

I'm curious, what was the cost of Barnes and his "work"? I imagine it included jury profiling, exhibits, expert witnesses, all of which could run into the high six figures, maybe past 1 million.

If I recall correctly, OJ's defense bankrupted him, long before the civil suits.

At least Richards doesn't post mean tweets on twitter. Jesus fucking christ. Have you not been watching Richards all this week? I'd much rather have Barnes the asshole represent him and get a competent defense over Richards because he isn't an asshole. Kyle is an 18 year old kid who may rot in jail for 20+ years, losing with dignity sure isn't an option in this.

Anally raping 9-11 year olds isn't rape. They can consent!!! 🤣
Some fucknugget ACTUALLY made that argument.
Jesus christ how horrifying, it really makes you have a big think about what Combest94 has saved on some harddrives/phone.

I can only imagine how a conversation in real life would actually go with the people who defend pedobaum like this. All I picture is Ross from the old Metokur streams.

When Barnes goes on to publicly admit he was trying to use those resources to minimise lead council's role would anyone want to use the resources though? Would you trust them? They probably ended up rejecting the resources out of spite because Barnes was too much of a cunt sure but based on what Barnes said they just might of wanted nothing to do with anything he put together

All Barnes bitching about Kyle being screwed because they didn't use his stuff and it's likely all his fault.

It's funny in a way.
