Even if the judge then throws a mistrial at this point I wouldn't care anymore. Let's face it the majority knows what kind of scumbags Pedobaum und Wifebeater Hubert were. Believe me I hate to do this, but her explanation is that he is getting a fair trial, so anyone who is complaining that he isn't is falsely doing so to generate sympathy.

She claims that she was solicited for sex, but also claimed that they never had sex, no evidence was produced to demonstrate that they did, but evidence and testimony was given that she planned to rob and murder someone, hence her bringing a gun with her, and also that after committing the cold blooded execution she tried to frame other people for the crime, etc etc. She was a junkie and a killer that pulled the race card and defamed the man she executed in cold blood. There is no parallel.

To be fair, isn't that "3% of Twitter users make most of the tweets" statistic just a natural Pareto distribution? If you make a cumulative distribution of the top contributors to anything you end up with stats like this. Guys like Academic Agent also tweet a ridiculous amount, I think Twitter is an echo chamber for people who like the sound of their own voice, which is then slanted by the moderation.

Barnes comes off as somewhat arrogant, but if he thinks highly of himself, it's justified by his expertise.
Regardless, I find myself agreeing with pretty much everything he says. I would rather have him than Richards, Barnes is assertive and doesn't pull punches, that's the kind of person you want fighting for you.

Barnes is kind of sleazy but that's the kind of lawyer you want to get you out of most criminal trouble, someone who wouldn't even flinch at shredding a little old lady on the stand if it means you walking free.
