Crossing the American-Mexican border is fine even with a truck full of drugs and illegals.

Crossing state lines to buy a gun in another state and visit family is bad.
I don't think High-Profile Gun Negro gets in front of a camera for anything less than five figures, given the extent of his 'brand'.

A lot of people are getting confused about the difference in being allowed to posses a gun and being allowed to purchase a gun. Pistols tend to be the biggest culprit. Most places aren't allowed to sell you a pistol if you're under 21, and a lot of places refuse to sell pistol caliber ammunition to someone under 21. In most of those circumstances, the same person is allowed to posses a pistol. It's confusing because US gun laws are overly complicated so that innocent misunderstandings turn into hardcore felonies even though there's no victim.

When I worked for an FFL, we had a lot of new police officers come into the store to buy their service pistol, but they had to bring their elderly mothers in with them. I wasn't allowed to sell a service pistol to a 20 year old, uniformed police officer, so I had to sell it to their fucking mothers lol. Most people also don't realize that there's a domestic violence exemption for law enforcement, meaning normal wife beaters aren't allowed to own firearms, but police wife beaters are. The laws are shit on top of being unconstitutional.

Judging by the responses in this thread about serial killer Dean Corll's corpse I'm willing to bet there's at least a few actual necrophiles in this place

Of course there are. I always thought necro shit was a very niche kind of fetish reserved for the truly mentally insane, but no, it seems 'real' and 'normal' people like it quite a bit too.

There is a guy here in bongistan who was a mortuary electrician and he recorded himself screwing over a hundred fucking corpses! Get your nut around that. If you though Jimmy Savile was bad (another proven necrophiliac). How the fuck do you get away with that?

He liked screwing dead people so much he even killed a couple of girls, just so he could abuse their 'fresh' corpses. Funny thing is, he dated a girl from an area about a block or two away and she said he was the most normal and down to earth person ever - not even any kinks in bed. It makes you wonder how many others are in to this particular form of defilement. It's not even a fetish really.

I went to that site and I assumed it to be some kind of KF injoke that I wasn't privvy to, but when I saw it was real, I shut that tab down pretty quick. Cutedeadguys - WTF? Gay and perverted! The sad thing is, I really got a quick impression that these faggots weren't just being edgy and cool and LARP'ing about what they were in to. And Kyle is the one on trial here fighting for his future, while jersh treads water to keep operations up and running on his 'Nazi Hate Site'.

Fuck this gay planet.

The argument (cope) is that it doesn't matter that 4chan hoodwinked the media and ADL into declaring something innocuous a "white power" sign, because people the media say are white supremacists began mockingly using it, it is retroactively a "white power" sign now.

Anyone remember when that Mexican gardener working for a local county got fired from his job because some BPD Karen took a picture of him cracking his knuckles and said it was a "white power" sign?
To be fair though there's a lot of Mexican white nationalist

Don't bother. No need to worry about this, only the most insane leftists actually believe this, and they're in minority. Even if there's a million of them and they're all on twitter, it doesn't represent reality.
Learn to let these things go or they will drive you insane.
Only a million, well I have planned on seven million. I guess I need to cancel some orders now.

apple store thief.png

I've seen some pretty crazy shit from gummy former pill head and apple store robber Rex, but this is one hell of a take. Kyle is as bad as fucking jeffery Dahmer.

They cannot introduce it as evidence. That window has closed.
I've seen both sides of this - some people are claiming that the zoomed version of that footage WAS entered into evidence already.

Can anyone confirm or deny this definitively?

Because they did not think they needed it. And considering how effective cross and Kyle went for them, that was probably why they felt that way.
But thats because the PRosecution was real bad.

> 47 did a good job
> if they win it won't be because they did a good job

Pick one.
beeing good in one aspect doesnt mean you did a good job.
47 would have been more effective with more resources.

Oh by the way potential Juror #30 was dismissed from the potential jury because she was going to find him guilty anyways because she was against the idea of an AR-15. So the defense dodged a bullet there. My concern is that there are two pharmacists and an EMT on the possible final jury pool.

At least the crazy potential juror was struck since she believed you couldn't take a life no matter what even if it's in self-defense.

To anyone who ever considers going to jury trial, remember that people like this may be deciding the course of the rest of your life.

Whether they're disposed toward the right or the left, the point is that they're morons incapable of impartial analysis of a situation. The truth and the evidence will not save you.

He atleast said that alot of it was free or super cheap because people wanted to help.
also its not kyles money and raising another million would not have been a big problem.

so why didnt they have their own experts for all small parts of the Trial? ohh right, because one half of the defense team is lazy and bad at his Job.

If they win it will be because the case is sooo clear and because agent 47 is good in Cross and not because they did a good job.
Yeah, its not cheap or free. Did you not hear what Black said during cross he charges an hour to testify? Anywhere from $150 to $500/hr and he was charging Kyle $350 an hour. Trial prep isn't for free for experts, either. Lawyers charge in 15 minutes increments, so even a phone call eats away at a retainer pretty fast. That's phone calls to you, your experts and anyone else related to the case. Paralegals have to be paid and while not as expensive as lawyers they are not cheap, or free. They have to interview witnesses and keep records, private investigators also, who also may have to testify.

I imagine Black gave Kyle a discount, so there's the extent of your freebies right there. The entities that do jury panel mockups are insanely expensive. Printers may sympathize with you but all those copies to the court and opposing counsel get expensive, as well as the courier service to verify they were delivered (and if they have to testify in court? bam, more money). Process servers are expensive, again if they testify its more money. Court reporters are the ones that provide the actual trial transcripts and they're independent of the court; those are also insanely expensive, and I yet have to meet one that does it for free. All your evidence has to be copied, often several times; photographs, videos, witness statements, etc and that's expensive as well.

There's a lot of work that goes into trial prep, which is why most lawyers advise against going to trial, in civil and criminal cases, because its expensive and time consuming. I get that there's people that would donate but I doubt it would cover everything.

edit: I didn't add travel expensive for expert witnesses, which can also be expensive; airfare, carfare, hotel and meals which again, would not be free.

To be completely fair, I would say similar shit like that to get out of jury duty too.
