I think it's missing something.... hang on. Wait. There we go!

Barnes, not sure if he did the polls himself or got them from somewhere. Basically he states that in the city itself there is a LOT of headlines and the like along with a campaign by Binger to poison the well of the Jury in the months leading up to the case.
I mentioned it before, so I'll use the argument again.

Twitter is not the best place to get examples, but I use it. We have twitter heads admitting that it's only now that they discovered the two who Kyle, shot dead were in fact "white" and not black. If any of the jurors were like that then they have just gotten red-pilled about the kind of falsehoods the media likes to paint.

The only danger the media can do to the jury is implying possible riots for any of their choices and frighten them.

Too bad there are no public opinion polls from Kenosha county and there isn't really a good analog other than looking at election results from earlier this year.

Of course there are. I always thought necro shit was a very niche kind of fetish reserved for the truly mentally insane, but no, it seems 'real' and 'normal' people like it quite a bit too.
You may not believe this, and I have no proofs to provide, but there is only one user on that site barring new users from here joining now and in the next week to document it for a potential community watch thread.
All posts are made by the same person.

Sad!
Don't know what client you're using but it's way more far gone ratiowise now

Watching it go up has been absurdly entertaining, it'll hit 50k before the weekends over

Should Kyle have been moving between locations alone? No, he was a dumbass for doing that.
It's also a pretty standard "teenager dumb" thing for him to do. As the saying goes, kids and teenagers tend to feel like they're invincible. Meaning they take risks without truly understanding how risky what they're doing is. So Kyle walking out to do things like put out fires alone is the sort of thing you can expect a 17 year old to do without really believing that someone will take the opportunity to hurt them for it. Not evidence he was deliberately putting himself in a dangerous position in hopes of being able to use his gun.

>unsourced, secondhand statistics from Sour Grapes, Esq.

Yeah, sounds reliable.

I think according to his testimony there was always someone with him, for safety and general assistance. But at some point circumstances changed.

Right but we have actual articles that have the defense teams stating that they did public opinion polls to see whether or not they were going to ask for a change of venue as far back as March. Barnes was on the team until recently, and he is known for doing polling to figure out Jury selection. The poll could be bunk, but he has mentioned it a lot of times.

To be clear. I am not worried about a conviction on the major counts. I am worried about a mistrial, all you need is one mother fucking idiot who made up their mind months ago LOOKING for any excuse they can, and you get a hung jury.
And Kyle deserves a full mother fucking acquital.

I know. It was in response to someone saying that even him winning would not help in a run for DA. His opponents won’t get to use all the underhanded shit he did against him in court if he wins. Because it will have worked. He also gets to call himself the dude that got rid of the right to defend yourself which the Left has wanted for years.
basically he's banking his entire future on it. and there's too many ways he could fail, either the jury doesn't convict him, the judge overturns the verdict, they appeal it and win.
its all or nothing for him.
also even if kyle loses, that doesnt get rid of self defense publicly
just makes retaliation in riots more scutinized.
so he's banking his career on that little marginal change.

What a piece of shit. Just going on whatever remains of the shambling corpse of legacy broadcast media to spread his propaganda a day after the trial was aired and his side of the story was conclusively rendered as pure bullshit. He won’t learn a thing from those two dismissed charges, and will go right back to being a lowlife after his brief stint as a pawn of the state. Good riddance.
