Pekora was so swamped by nousagi that she couldn't play the game. It was impossible for her to target anything but stupid players on her screen.

When she left town, it looked like the nousagis killed all her quest targets so she couldn't proceed in the story at all. FFXIV is a fun game, but the people who play it tend to be rather exceptional.

IRyS is running around with pop up help screens blocking the center of her screen and a bunch of default junk stuck in her hotbars. It is painful. Oh thank god she's reading the active help finally.

She is not being swamped badly by fans, thank god.

Just looked up to see when it happened, maybe I should've paid more attention to the thread, didn't realie it was only 2 days ago, wow. I feel sorry for her, having the whole experience ruined by "fans", people really suck (surprised she didn't private). Glad that didn't happen to IRyS.

IRyS is having the opposite experience. She attacked a FATE boss she definitely wouldn't have been able to handle and her fans landed and killed it with her. Good show of them.

Also, the fact that there are several things she says that can be put out of context is horrifying. Especially when a Kronie from /∞/ used both hers and Kronii's voice to make this Vocaroo clip. Which is honestly the most autistic thing I've ever heard. It was also used as a paid ad on 4chan with using IRyS face and it got popular that the anon who made it had gone to hiding for a short while.

Codename Tora is graduating on the 20th, apparently. I mention this because that makes him a pretty probable candidate for NijiEN Wave 4. Tora is a member of Hanamori, the informal vtuber group that Elira and Pomu were a part of, and Millie was close with. Due to that, he's already collabed with Pomu and Elira, though obviously in their past lives.

I've only watched a few of his streams. My general impression is that as a vtuber he is pretty ok, not outstanding but with some moments of genuinely good comedy. He also has a decent singing voice. For comparison, I also thought that Nova was just pretty ok based on the few streams of her I watched before her graduation, and she ended up becoming one of my favorite vtubers in general after joining Nijisanji.

He would definitely be a safe pick for Nijisanji. If he is a part of Wave 4 that will cause more people on /vt/ and Reddit to complain about nepotism, of course, but honestly picking a guy who has a history of being able to collab with female vtubers without dropping his spaghetti makes sense and he is probably one of the bigger male indies who applied.

/vt/ has also already had a meltdown over all of this, which is to be expected.
