Yeah, that's exactly what happened.
Someone posted a catbox.moe link in /pcg/:
She put up the stream endcard as normal, but she must have forgotten to mute her desktop audio when going to /pcg/, because the audio from the clip randomly started playing for a few seconds. She promptly ended the stream and privated the VOD to edit that out.

Hearing her say she will never trust chat again at the very end when she switched from the end card -> back to Pips was nice, hopefully someone saved the live stream. Why would you trust chat in the first place? First rule of streaming, never trust chat.

Irys is playing FFXIV and actually took enough opsec to avoid Pekora level autism so far (not that she has the numbers for it to get that bad tho) but is doing actual steps to prevent it

Pekora was so swamped by nousagi that she couldn't play the game. It was impossible for her to target anything but stupid players on her screen.
When she left town, it looked like the nousagis killed all her quest targets so she couldn't proceed in the story at all. FFXIV is a fun game, but the people who play it tend to be rather exceptional.
IRyS is running around with pop up help screens blocking the center of her screen and a bunch of default junk stuck in her hotbars. It is painful. Oh thank god she's reading the active help finally.
She is not being swamped badly by fans, thank god.
Didn't want to post too often but came across interesting (to me at least) stuff about Tenma to those who watch her streams. She started talking in Kkatamina's stream and shared a Papa kitsune and Momma kitsune story about being a kid in Spain for a semester and discovering anime (if I heard correctly) from her dad bringing home a movie "Spirited Away" in Spanish dub (she says she was a baby at this time so 2000~). She watched it during her entire semester and Papa kitsune to this dad didn't know he got her the wrong DVD in the wrong language. At 38:21:50 says she's "eternal 19 years season 14
