Ashli just jogged my memory of the other point I'm not sure if I've made before.

When it comes to the US legal system, "assault" does not mean what you think it does.

Assault is "imminent threat of harm," including body language and violence against random objects. "Battery" is actually hitting or hurting someone. So the screaming in faces, wall-punching, throwing and breaking shit and other retarded things abusive man-children do is domestic violence. Full stop. And here we are, Ashli still feeling badly about fighting back and grateful to him and his horrible mom that she didn't get deported due to HIS attack on her. And I'm not going to give her a hard time about that at all, as that will be a lifetime to deal with emotionally. Just honey, it's not your fault. You're not perfect but none of it is your fault.

We actually have heard this story already but this time it was told a little more clearly. I also believe he fell down the stairs even though I haven't heard of it before, but I also know for a fact, personally, that dude was a junkie long before he met Ashli. By the time he figured out what real pain was, the meds were already long past working. And oh yeah I mean her name's LadyAmbien and I know that's a reference to something but ofc they did drugs together. Wanna bet she quit when she got pregnant and never went back, since she has responsibility now? I would.

This was during a time when Lowtax was pulling in like 15k/month or whatever from Patreon, leasing expensive sports cars, buying all sorts of guns and nerd toys and living in a McMansion. The idea that they went to a lawyer and it was just too gosh-darn expensive is so fucking laughable. People with wayyyy less income than they did are able to immigrate properly.

Maybe Rich was telling her he couldn't afford it, but the proof that he could and was lying about being unable to would require nothing more than a set of working eyeballs and an IQ north of 60. It has been speculated that Ashli might be... not exactly Mensa material. I think there are multiple red flags in this post that confirm that.

She's just doing her best to leave the kids with something palatable to believe. That or she made some kind of arrangement to stop momtax fucking with her GFM and escrow.

"Trauma" in this case probably means "Momtax was kind of a thundercunt and being raised devout Catholic probably made him feel guilty about shit, especially as he slid further and further into alcoholism, drug abuse, sexual degeneracy, etc. as an adult". Before he croaked, he dropped tons of hints about Momtax being overbearing so that confirms the former, and him screeching euphoric atheist shit at his religious daughters confirms the latter. Maybe there was more "trauma" but what could it possibly be? The dude had an extremely cushy life free from toil and want for nearly 2 decades.

If his trauma does amount to "mom bad, god bad", A) insert world's smallest violin concerto here because tons of people have it WAYYYY worse and turn out fine and B) maybe chill on buying guns, goldbelly and gamer chairs and spend some of that several-hundred-k-a-year income on getting some therapy (and I meant like CBT or something; not just a pill jockey doctor willing to throw benzos at it).

As far as I’m aware. It’s always been carefully danced around. Really demonstrates how well trained Lowtax had them, the thing that cannot ever be named or spoken about.

Ironic too, since it was as obvious as the nose on your face. It’s like Kayne West denying he’s black.

Several of his FB friends have referenced his addictions since he died, but Ashli's post is the first time him attempting rehab has been mentioned.

This was posted mid last year in comments on his Patreon thread about donations crashing.

First wife: we don’t know anything more than they got into a physical altercation that led to a police report. We don’t know the full context.

He definitely whacked Logan once but I doubt even they know the context beyond being really f’ed up at the time.

I’m inclined to believe LA’s last post but it’s kinda f’ed up that she would finally clear things up after he lost everything, including his life.
