Apparently Prosecution took away their instruction about provocation that was such a big deal on Friday? Because it'd take too long?
 
Also he told the defense to do their job - actually defend with timely objections.
That's pretty significant. Strongly warning the defense that they need to raise timely, contemporaneous objections if he (the judge) doesn't raise the self-defense issue appropriately on each count. If they don't object in the moment, it's considered waived. HINT, HINT, you guys.
 
I think it should be an easy win for Kyle, but what I think will happen and what actually happens are often two very different things. What I do know is that the sort of lawlessness Kyle's enemies stand for will not last forever, and that I am a happier person than them.

A motion for mistrial has been filed, apparently.
Schroeder won't grant it. He has too much faith in the jury's integrity I think. But it'll be on record for later.
