Man I really hope that kyle walks.
And then the left has another riot over it.
And then a dude shoots someone during the riot.
And it's an even clearer case of self defence.
And they just have to cope and seethe and dilate.
What would really be cool if it's a black shooting a couple of black pedos. That would rock.

So it sounds like the motion for mistrial has been filed today.

It is incomprehensible to me that the state gets the last word.
They have the burden of proof, is the explanation that is usually given. To which I respond "and so they should." Remember, they are supposed to have already proven their case BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT. They shouldn't need "firsties and lasties" their job should already be done.

Same thing happened with Chauvin. I agree and can't understand the reasoning behind it.

Did anyone else catch that provocation was thrown out? Making sure I heard right.
I thought I heard that as well but when going back it sounds like the state said they didn't want jury instructions regarding that handled in a certain way anymore, not that they wanted it removed entirely.

The provocation pushed by the state was to try and improve the odds of a guilty verdict. If Kyle had provoked it, then you must find him guilty on the charges. If he didn't, then what charges is he guilty of?
I'm pretty sure the provocation thing was only against Rosenbaum, since the other incidents are separate. If they dropped it they must have realized that all that pixel shit was completely exceptional.

Count 1: Rosenbaum, reckless homicide
Count 2: McGinnis, reckless endangerment
Count 3: Huber, intentional homicide
Count 4: Grosskreutz, attempt intentional homicide
Count 5: Jump Kick Man, reckless endangerment
Rosenbaum... reckless? The hell?

I can't see any Jury finding that Jump Kick Man was reckless endangered after he has been called Jump Kick man this entire time.

37 pages of instructions... with multiple-hour closing argument from Binger...

They want the jury to die of boredom. Who excepts that they'll read those 37 pages and fully grasp all of that information?
