The provocation pushed by the state was to try and improve the odds of a guilty verdict. If Kyle had provoked it, then you must find him guilty on the charges. If he didn't, then what charges is he guilty of?
Alright, again just putting a stopper to this now before misinfo gets rolling out of control: Provocation is still in. The 'they don't want that anymore' statement was merely in regards to how it is being read to the jury. Provocation is still in.

Reminder that no matter the verdict, Rosenbaum was always a manlet, and therefore deserved nothing but scorn and mockery for his mere existence

Reminder that the only people who found Rosenbaum attractive enough to tolerate were desperate single mothers, homeless drug addicts and a forum of necrophiles.
Sounds like he was quite popular on pof then

The jurors are going to fall asleep during all this legal shit, they're just going to go with their heart, so maybe that's a good thing for Kyle.
All the state needs to do to rig a jury is make sure that the initial 200 are all registered democrats. They were never listening from the beginning.

Prosecution is arguing that the Judge shouldn't instruct the jury that their evidence about zooming in on an image and "enhancing" it is garbage, while the Judge apparently has read up on some of this science nonsense over the weekend, and isn't letting them pull one over on his boomer-self.
