In modern society though it's more commonly used as a girls name. Only know one male Andrea, and he's Italian. Apparently that name is very popular over there for boys.

Its not the transexualism that's the problem, it's the tumblritis.

Signs of Tumblritis:
-Desire to depart from, or hatred of, one's original gender.
-Sudden use of nonsensical words, or word salad.
-Unexplained feelings of persecution.
-Desire to explain your opinion, no matter what it is.
-Explosive mouth diarrhea.
-Uncontrollable rage.
-General lack of concern for others, or inability to empathize.
-Painful buttocks.

Tumblritis is usually fatal, but is preventable. See your doctor for recommendations. A swift kick in the posterior is often prescribed.

This person's face is fascinating. As others have pointed out there's nothing feminine about it but it also lacks many features we traditionally associate with masculinity. That and the fact that quite literally 70% of this poor creature's face is forehead. It's almost like what would happen if some alien race tried to engineer a human with only the vaguest idea of what a person is supposed to look like.

It's the males are jerks theory.
They're not really trans per se, they were bullied in school by boys, so they don't identify as male because men are jerks. But they still want china and don't want to cut off their dicks. Girls were nice/pitied them so women must be the true state of the nice guy.
