So, discussing the case with someone today, the idea came up that maybe the District Attorney is trying to get rid of Binger. We've seen he's a piece of shit in court, so if he's also like this around his boss, then perhaps the DA is throwing him into a televised case that he's all but certain to lose and letting him sperg himself into an early retirement in front of a national audience.
Doing a quick look for myself, it actually seems halfway plausible. District Attorney
Michael Graveley is the same DA who refused to prosecute Jacob Blake's killer, while Deputy District Attorney
Carli McNeill is the on who pressed
charges against Kyle.

I mean, doesn't that just look like the face of judicial integrity? DA Graveley has been
notably absent for the entirety of the proceedings against Rittenhouse, and given his prior decision to not prosecute a similar case, I'm wondering if there's some infighting going on over at the DA's office.
