I wonder what antifa movements are like now, usually antifa likes to come en mass day of but they have had more time to amass in Kenosha.

With all the talk about how Huber and Groskreutz were heroes and Rosenbaum was never a threat ever, I think they should move to introduce their criminal histories into record. The prosecution opened the door to it with this character evidence. That would certainly help make the defense closing sizzle.

Now he's lying about claims the defense has made, literally strawmanning. Crickets from defense.
It's mentioned plenty of times that there's little wiggle room for objections during closing arguments.

We just have to hope that the defense isn't sleeping on the wheel during their own arguments/rebuttal.

Binger just underlines how fucked Kenosha was after the rioters went through that little town.
"There was nothing much left"... Yeah, I bet the jurors will think back fondly on the nights of terror, when entire lives were ruined by arsonists, looters and vandals. I bet that'll turn the good people of Kenosha against Kyle, the Killer Kommando. Good thinking Binger!
Binger is so bad at his job it's just laughable. If he a decent lawyer kyle might be in trouble.

Juries hate long closings. They're bored at this point, the person who pisses them off least will win. No one on that jury doesn't already have an opinion as to the verdict they want to render.

The Ancient Greeks were right, no trial should take longer than a day.
The crazy thing is that in an unexpected turn of events the judge tried to warn Binger not to do exactly what he's doing right now.
