i jest, but honestly i'm just very nervous about this trial and what might happen afterwords, along with kyle's safety

It cannot be overstated how important this trial is for the future of this country. If Kyle goes down, the concept of self defense in America is dead. The left knows that they can't literally take everyone's guns away, so they want to make having guns useless because if you actually use them in self defense you go to prison for the rest of your life. That's the reason for these George Soros planted DAs all over the country.

If Kyle walks away free tomorrow or the next day, he's going to have to change his name and move somewhere far away.

Couple of thoughts:
1) Loved the fact he pointed IMMEDIATELY to the fact this provocation thing wasn't even argued until just this last weekend.
2) Walking one by one through the witnesses and pointing out how they helped his case (especially the state's witnesses)
3) Making the case as much about the breakdown/misconduct of the State as it is about Kyle was GREAT. Correctly pointing out that Binger want's Kyles head mounted on a wall as a trophy rather than serving justice
4) BRILLIANT idea painting the Zeminskis as puppetmasters who manipulated unhinged Rosenbaum to do shit for them. That gives people an out who want to feel bad for Rosenbaum, and can shift that blame to the Zeminskis.

All I remember is pointing out repeatedly that armchair lawyers from the Ace Attorney Academy of Juristic Excellence in this thread are bothersome.

And hardly any merit? Binger's entire case requires there to be plenty of time for him to consider options. Showing how fast it actually was completely sabotages that entire argument's thrust.

How fast everything went down was covered elsewhere in great details, that's why the video itself -shown in full- has not much merit for that specific purpose since it doesn't add up anything. I made this very clear in my post that you quote.
