Because he's a moron. Plenty of cows could go this route. Hell, a shitload of people would have paid for CWC content (before the incident). Russell isn't as well-known but he could get lots of followers on twitch or some shit.

But as @RussianParasite said, he can't handle negative comments so when he got a torrent of "shitlips" he'd crap his pants about it and threaten to sue and everything else. Which would gain him followers, that worked for Deagle Nation, the only people to ever turn lolcowing into a form of content (though I don't think they ever monetized it, they just did it for fun).

So, there's an audience for it, even if they just want to see a trainwreck. People are willing to hand over cash for bullshit Crayola fuckin model magic medallions, so there's a segment of that audience willing to pay for it. All he needs to do is tap into the market. The catch is he'd have to be willing to laugh at himself a little bit and be willing to be in on the gag, which he could never do. If he could, he wouldn't be a cow. And even if he could, he doesn't want to be a comedian making jokes about himself (somewhere that he could probably get some minor fame and success if he put in effort), he wants to be a sex symbol.

And he wants all his fame and money without having to work for it.

So if he ever pops up on a streaming service it won't last fucking long.

Russell describes this as a commission-only position that pays between $40,000-$100,000 per year at a 30% commission rate. That means Russell expects this person to singlehandedly raise hundreds of thousands of dollars per year by phoning people up and asking them to support prostitution. Russell sure has a lot of faith in this hypothetical intern.

I'm amused by Russell's explanation that a six-figure salary would be "$100,000+." Thank you for breaking that down for us laypeople, Russ.

If you are an outgoing and excellent sales person… PAY ATTENTION. This role can be a life-changing role that will create financial and location freedom, with the possibility to earn up to SIX FIGURES. We are URGENTLY recruiting many fundraising reps.

ABOUT US:

We are a state-registered political action committee trying to get a question on the 2024 ballot to decriminalize sex work in Nevada.

We are currently in our fundraising phase and that is why we are seeking fundraising representatives. If each phase is met, this position would last until the end of 2024.

PAY:

Because we are a start-up, we will not be able to offer a base pay. This will be 100% commission and an independent contractor position. However, with that said, there are plenty of advantages:

• Flexible schedule. We would ask for a minimum of 200 calls a week.

• Uncapped commission. You would make 30 % of each donation received over the phone and be paid monthly. Obviously, more hours and more calls put in, equals more $$$$ in your pocket.

• If you live in Nevada, you would be paid 40% of each in-person (door to door, going to listed address of lead) donation received.

• COMPLETELY REMOTE. That’s right! Work in your PJs!

• MAKE UP TO SIX FIGURES! This position has the possibility to offer a six figure salary ($100,000 + ), which is again contingent on how well you fundraise and how many calls and hours you put in. For example, we have a goal of calling 500 people a week. Half of those connect. And another half donate 20-50 dollars. That's 125 people donating an average of 50 dollars a week. If you kept this up for a year, that's over a 100,000 dollars. We will help you meet this goal by targeting specific zip codes with a history of large political giving and will give you lists that contain thousands of leads. At the end, it's up to you how well you can sell the message.
• However, we can GUARANTEE that if you follow our tips and advice, there is no reason you can't have similar results.

NO COLD CALLS

Each lead comes from a list of people who belong to political parties that support our cause.

Other leads come from lists of people who have donated to political organizations in the past.

We have over a million leads! Our goal for 2021-2022 is to reach 100,000 donors. You would be asking donors for donations between $20-$50.00.

EXPERIENCE

Candidates will ideally have 1 year of sales/fundraising experience

OR

Be enrolled in a college/university major that focuses on business, marketing, political science or law.

LOOKING FOR

We are looking for professional, passionate and polite callers AKA real people, who can engage with potential donors and persuade them to make a donation, either face to face or over the phone.

NOT LOOKING FOR

As much as we need help, we are NOT looking for spammers or robocallers or automated messages or mass text messages or even single text messages or, with all due respect, shy or unmotivated people.

SELLING CHANGE

What is unique about our organization is that we are not selling products. We are not requiring you to set up a table and demo products. We are not selling alarm systems people may already have. Nor are we an organization selling political candidate promises that may or may not happen. We are selling change. We are seeking donations to change a law. Polls from over the past ten years show a majority support for what we are advocating for. What we are selling is very realistically obtainable and supportable.

WHY US?

As stated above, there may be other commission-based jobs out there that may offer better perks, but those jobs require you to sell a PRODUCT, and as previously stated, people may already have those products or those products may be too expensive for people. We, on the other hand, are selling change for a low cost of $20.00. While people may be hesitant to buy a product, the majority of people will gladly support change. And that is why you should join our team.

This is a good position for those looking for a hands-on experience in working in a grassroots movement. Although we are small and starting up, we believe in ourselves and believe in you!
