I'm getting MATI by these fuckers' flaccid arguments about self-defense. I cannot tell if they honestly believe what they're saying or if they're playing into spectators' lack of knowledge on how physical altercations work.
You can kill someone with one punch if they fall down on hard concrete and crack their skulls. It happened in the subway one day when a hobo was harassing a child in the Harlem W125 subway station platform and the father clocked the bum, who promptly fell, hit his crack addled skull on the hard tile and died. No one gave him up and I think it took years to find dad, who was given an 1 yr adjournment in contemplation of dismissal because no one gave a shit. Of course this was way before BLM so if it happened now he wouldn't have even been charged. Recently, a purse snatcher pushed a woman so hard she fell, cracked her skull and died, didn't even aim a fist in her direction. He's charged but nothing will come of it because he dint do nuffin.

So yes, just using your fists can also cause death. Fatty is a moron.

It doesn't change the facts on self defense, but what would have happened if Rosenbaum and friends had successfully managed to push a burning dumpster into a gas pump? Everyone seems to assume "earth shattering kaboom" but there's got to be more safety measures in place in a gas station than that, right?

and how many of those cases were politicized like this one, and targeted by massive press and activist attention? the one that comes to mind is the chauvin trial and we know how that turned out.
Except the the evidence from the Chauvin trial was obviously and plainly bad for the defendant's case. That isn't true here, There's no need to show that the people Kyle shot died from something else or some crap. All that needs to be done is prove to a jury that Kyle acted in self-defense that night and I think the defense successfully pulled that off with some help from the prosecution being retarded and their case being inherently weak.

There are safety measures in place that on paper prevent that, but no safety measure has a 100% prevention rate.

Depends how close the fire was to the main holding tank. Some stations have a multi tank layout, others are a single tank.

It would have been a blaze if the pumps had been hit. Big explosion if the main tank was sparked and had any substantial amount of gasoline in it.

These idiots really know how to pick their heroes eh? George Floyd, and now a pedo, domestic abuser and commie robber

There shouldn't be any oxygen in the main tank and flashback protection in the pipes to the pumps, right? Or am I overestimating gas stations?

Someone should have shot Binger when he pointed the AR at them. He just spent two days arguing how that's sufficient provocation for a justifiable homicide.

Either way, the prosecution came out of the gate strong on closing then fell flat on their face. Kraus' rebut was comically bad. It seemed like he was yelling at the jury for most of it, and even got the jury kicked out twice in the same go. I figured Kyle was toast before the trial, but now I'm all in on full acquittal. Binger and Kraus didn't have much to work with from the beginning, but they fucked this up bad.

no earth shattering kaboom, no. it could well cause a large and long lasting fire though, with potential to spread to other nearby cars and buildings, and pumping massive amounts of nasty smoke into the air around the place.

There are several safeguards to prevent a gas station explosion but they can still fail and the fire can find its way into the main fuel tank creating a massive fucking boom and the potential to injure/kill hundreds of people nearby if its in a busy area.

And if so other times recently people have been acquitted. There was every opportunity to freely present a vigorous defense and Kyle's lawyers did so. The proper forms were followed, getting all hoity toity about the decline and demise of the Republic because juries are juries makes me think u unserious bro
Think me "unserious" as you want, but the decline and demise of the Republic is basically a fact at this point. In the last few years, we saw a rigged election for head of state, we saw the entire nation turned upside down for a disease that has a >99% survival rate, we saw national race riots that were endorsed by universities, corporations, and the government, we saw the implementation of rabidly anti-White critical race theory in schools, we saw the troonification of an entire generation as they came of age, and are facing imminent supply chain issues that could interrupt the fucking food supply. There are tons of other things I neglected to mention, too.

The state of the nation pertains directly to all national issues, of which this trial is included. That state is awful. It predictably produces insane, unjust, destabilizing policies.

Only unserious people don't take that on board when making predictions here.
Bookmarked so I can gloat and dab if you are wrong.
By all means. I'd love to be proven wrong on this matter.
