It's such a ridiculous double standard that the FBI are tracking down and imprisoning all the ancient boomers who walked into the white house, but they never even attempted to arrest any members of the mobs actively burning down cities, even going so far as "losing" HD drone footage to have an excuse not to.

There was some incidental testimony at some point during the trial that the pumps had been shut off. I don't know how fumes impact the situation etc.

There have been a few station explosions from the main tank, usually involving human error or ignoring safety failures, like improperly sealing the main tank after filling, ignoring the oxygen/leak alarm because it might be faulty and more.

People forget just why dredd Scott was so terrible. It's because before Dredd Scott the Union States assumed there was level of honesty when it came to the political arguments (States Rights) and the Judicial system to navigate fairly those politics. Dredd Scott shredded that because a bunch of Democrat appointed Supreme Court Justices went beyond the scope for political reasons and shredded the rights of the Union States to outlaw slavery and ordered them to be complicit in the practice.

The Union States were absolutely enraged and it is why a peaceful separation became impossible when the rubber hit the road. The political and judicial maneuvering of the Democratic party had so enraged the northern population against the south that when Lincoln called for War, the Northern States answered and willingly took up arms against their southern brothers.

There is a similar danger here now. Once again the Democratic party is attempting to wield a big stick against its political enemies and once again there is a high profile judicial case that puts the entire system on trial. It's horrific that this decision is now in the hands of some random people from Kenosha.

But make no mistake. If the decision is people are not legally allowed to defend themselves against the armed wing of the democratic party, then just as the last time the Democrats corrupted the Judiciary to impose their will on an unwilling population, so will the backlash come. History may not be a circle, but it rhymes.

I think it's obvious that the rioters intended to cause an Earth shattering kaboom, whether such a result is plausible or not. They probably didn't stop to research gas station safety measures while pushing their flaming dumpster.

Given that they are morons? Probably not a lot. It would depend on whether there was still an employee at the gas station? Those big lighted awnings over the pumps hide a rather elaborate and effective light water foam system. If they pushed the dumpster near the pumps somebody would have pulled the pin and foamed everything instantly. Gas stations are fairly hard to light on fire. And Fire cannot easily reach the underground tanks.

First 15 minutes sounded like Agent 47 and the "hocus pocus out of focus" was amazing, made even more effective after Fatlock took the bait and said it again right before picking up the courtroom pointer.
Richards was losing energy midway but was able to pick it back up by the end.

This will either be considered one of the worst or best closing arguments in years when the case is over.
