I was curious on how someone can just report and nuke someone's twitter that's been around for quite some time. On his fanbox (don't go) he explains (in JP) that he was sharing illustrations (he ran out of doujinshi, they are thin books, to give away hence the illustrations) that he does every year for his viewers on his birthday which he believes to be the cause, not someone who has a justice vendetta. It just makes the whole situation worse. Morality aside, artists will draw what they draw, if this was a perfect world we wouldn't have need of this but the world isn't perfect and that's a shame. This just another example of someone forcing their views on someone, consequences and viewpoints be damned. The worst of this I think is they pick on someone small, someone who does something controversial for a living, and there really isn't anything anyone can do without being tarred in this mess. Maybe this is just growing pains of vtubers, a crash of cultures and different ideas reaching the mainstream. A perfect world would be every artist drawing things like Bob Ross did but the world would become quite a boring place if everyone did everything the same. Live and let live I suppose, petition the Japanese government to change their laws if you really feel that strongly.

just my own 2 cents on this part, i'm an artist-ish i suppose so i could afford to make my own live2d model costlessly, down to rigging. it was a fun yet painful process, and i enjoyed streaming to an audience of (mostly) my friends for approximately 2 times before i started lacking time for it and work always got in the way. nowadays i just stream privately in a small discord server.
Ollie had a collab with Roberu, Bae joined it as a guerilla.
