Trying to compare a shooting at a riot to a shooting at Walmart

If I heard gunshots in a Walmart, yeah that would be concerning. I'd be afraid.
But outdoors at a riot? Meh. Unless it was many shots, I wouldn't be alarmed. If it doesn't concern me, I'm not going to get involved.

There isn't a charge like that. The charges are all for murder, attempted murder and reckless endangerment and self defense is the defense for all of those charges. If the jury decides he acted in self defense he pretty much walks on all of them.

A charge, i don't know what it would be because i'm in this thread for M and Ms (Meltdowns and Memes), that could be given that isn't murder. Something to appease the faggots on both sides.

This section applies only to a person under 18 years of age who possesses or is armed with a rifle or a shotgun if the person is in violation of s. 941.28 or is not in compliance with ss. 29.304 and 29.593. This section applies only to an adult who transfers a firearm to a person under 18 years of age if the person under 18 years of age is not in compliance with ss. 29.304 and 29.593 or to an adult who is in violation of s. 941.28.

Without powerleveling on the specific case, it took an hour and a half for the jury pool I was on to agree to what we were convicting on. It wasn't a hard murder trial but one of the women was emotional because her decision was going to help decide another person's fate. We made the point that the actions of the defendant put him where he was.
