If a guilty hold out admits they would only vote guilty regardless of any evidence is there any recourse? Does it just become a hung jury? Any consequences for lying during jury selection?

'Evil whitey' will just use wooden baseball bats with nails driven through them. You don't have to have guns to be dangerous. There are many weapons you can use to hurt someone. Guns just cause less suffering.

Patrice O'neal had an amazing take on that dynamic years ago. He essentially said that, until (American) Blacks actually develop their own culture and traditions outside of how they directly relate to White people, they will never truly be free. He alludes to the fact that Black culture as it exists today is a direct negative correlation to White culture. Strong family unit = weak, prison shit = good, not reading books = enlightenment or some shit like that.

I believe the judge can ask for a 11-1 majority in Wisconsin

Well, one way to look at it is they're going to quickly run through it, another comes back to what I was saying about them breaking it down in blocks and they're getting ready to end the day and have the rest ready for tomorrow straight off the bat.
