the day we stop calling it "the liberal media" is the day we can finally make some progress.

If they admit they're holding out on guilty because John Oliver or Antifa said so then there might be the possibility of replacing them with one of the reserve jurors, because that's outside media.

A dedicated activist juror though would be careful about saying that, and would just bullshit about not being convinced by whatever evidence, like doubling down on the blurred pixels.
Antifa and BLM activists usually are drop-dead moronic because they never have to answer for their mistakes or lies so they just keep doing whatever they want.

If there's an activist on the jury she's probably lecturing them on how Kyle is evil due to his consumption of capitalism and alt-right media

He put together an all star defence team at his own expense for Rittenhouse and the Rittenhouse team turned him down.
Probably because, as Barnes saI’d rather publicly, he was trying to use that team to minimise everyone else and put himself at the centre of the case as a result.

Why would you trust a team put together by him?

Especially when he's absolutely the type of guy to hold a grudge.

Once they start coming to their blocks and neighborhoods if they don't move out their attitude tends to change on "peaceful protesters".
Never going to happen.

Shit like this goes down in the urban core of the cities where liberal shit mayors tell the cops to stand down.

For example, I do some work in Vancouver, Washington. Portland is a piece of shit but Vancouver is pretty nice. The place is still liberal but it's the suburban liberal where the families have mortgages and work actual jobs.

If protestors start shit in the suburbs, they will get the SWAT team and riot squad called on them. BLM and it's associated property destruction is easy for the libs to brush off in the cities as the will say its an "uprising" but anything that threatens their precious property values will result in the city council members and mayor getting inundated with phone calls to send in the dogs.

"I support social justice, but..." is their go to.

You go farther into the suburbs and that is where you get a large majority of gun owners. Additionally, you lose decent stuff to loot.

Oh fuck, the holdout is that one spic and he's a poltard and thinks not guilty but wants to be a dick about it, so he's taking his time to inform the rest of the jury of his love of Hitler.
He needs to ensure a future for his children, or something.

A verdict has to be unanimous, so yes one person can prevent a guilty or not guilty verdict in any case. If the holdout can't be brought around then you have a hung jury.

The prosecution can retry a defendant in the event of a hung jury. However in this case it's possible the judge might grant the defense's motion for mistrial in the event of a hung jury which would mean that Kyle would walk on everything.

So basically, if there's a juror that is adamantly saying Kyle is guilty, they may in effect make it so that that he can walk free anyway.
So if there is an ideologically-motivated "guilty" hold-out and that happens, they can all say "Kyle only walked on a technicality!"

Watch this interview:

He didn't want to be center of the trial, he said his relationship with Alex Jones would have not benefitted Kyle. He was not part of the court team he planned.

I have a feeling that Kyle and his family are so burnt out, they might not sue. That guy looks wrecked completely. But he definitely should.
It'd be pretty pointless, I'm afraid. That niggerfaggot Earl Warren's judgement on NYT v Sullivan made it effectively impossible to sue THE CONSCIENCE OF ARE NATION even when they're provably lying about everything.
