It would be media Clovis comment
it’s judgement day it’s reckoning for the establishment
It would be insane. You have to remember, Sandmann's suit was just a simple defamation suit. The media was a large reason Kyle got put on trial for multiple homicides. The claimable damages there are dramatically different.

What's that? Encourage the anime avatars?

Did you forget I'm a part-time anime avatar?

Personally I'd never do this because I'm not going to take an oath and lie. They almost always ask you at some point if there's anything that would keep you from giving a fair verdict and in the one drug case, simple possession, where I got to that question I basically said I'd never convict anyone of that shit.

Did, did you put them in the oven to keep them warm or something?
I hope I mistead and just see things, are you're trying to be a comedian here?
He got sick not that long ago, father have brought the little fella to the vet. Got the meds. We set up him a warm corner so he would not have feel any cold (if he might to feel any).
Did not help at all. That boy have fought for a few days straight for his life...
RIP lil Nut. I hope he's in cat heaven now.

Recent concept vs doesn't exist is a hell of a cope. You claimed Barnes just made it up, which he clearly didn't. FFS stop making me defend that faggot Barnes.. pls?
It's not a legal concept that's generally accepted by ALL attorneys. We didn't use it in my firm and I sat in on lots of mock juries. It's used by people who specialize in profiling juries, who charge a boatload of money for their services. Not every client has that kind of money.

Not every criminal case warrants it. High profile cases aren't all that common in practice.
