Guys I found an expert who can decipher the Fuzzy Image.

It's not a legal concept that's generally accepted by ALL attorneys. We didn't use it in my firm and I sat in on lots of mock juries. It's used by people who specialize in profiling juries, who charge a boatload of money for their services. Not every client has that kind of money.

Not every criminal case warrants it. High profile cases aren't all that common in practice.
That's actually pretty interesting, I assumed it was a lot more wide spread. But it does make sense, it's such a high price for maybe a tiny edge.

Then why did he chose to pursue the charges in spite of his boss not wanting to? He thought he'd be able to make something out of this.
Because he thought he was a better prosecutor than he actually is (I said he was not a complete moron), he underestimated the defense, or he assumed no matter whether he won or lost the media coverage would give him a springboard to a better position in the future. Keep in mind he was sleeping living with a judge for a while not too long ago. I'm sure this guy has higher ambitions than being just a prosecutor.

In 50 minutes we'll see if they're close to a verdict or not, if they decide to continue into the night, it's safe to say they think they'll reach a verdict soon, if they don't we might eventually see a hung jury.
The countdown has begun
Someone should tell him about Ziminsky. Or Grosskreutz. Or any number of rioters who were also packing heat that night.
if someone did they would deny it
