The whole event was caught on video, the facts are clearly on the defense's side, Kyle is one of the most nonthreatening people I've ever seen in a courtroom, and the prosecution came off like a cartoon comedy villain duo the entire time. The stars aligned for a quick acquittal, and yet this is clearly gonna be drawn out and messy.

If you had to defend yourself and caught similar charges, you'd be lucky if you even had the benefit of even one of those circumstances.

Him being guilty or not doesn't matter here.
What matters is if the jury wants to personally put up with the fall out. They will get doxed and canceled. Their friends will turn on them and their family will be harassed. At least that is what they are being lead to believe.
