Wisconsin makes it's court records pretty easily searchable on https://www.wicourts.gov/casesearch.htm, From what's listed there, he does not appear to be a convicted felon. However, according to his background check, he has been convicted of a felony charge in the past, which was expunged from his record probably as part of a plea deal and completing probation or some shit. https://archive.md/H3THj So I guess technically you could say he's been convicted of a felony, but he is not currently a felon. To the letter of the law though, I am not sure how that all works, especially regarding firearms.
