In the interview she has a super scratchy voice. The head on her profile doesnt match the blurred shape in the interview so likely shopped.

My guess is some frumpy gross white bitch living in Minneapolis. Doesnt seem to have opinions, only repeats what the media says but with the typical leftist FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK attached
Wait what interviews where did you find them?

To some degree the defense should have expected video and picture fuckery and its frustrating they didn't retain someone who is an expert at video editing and analysis, even if they don't ultimately use them in the end.

So I'm going to list of everything that ON IT'S OWN, should cause a case to be a mistrial, or dropped entirely due to misconduct on the prosecution
So pre-trial, Binger and Kraus did. 1. Prevented Gaige's phone from being searched even though it had a valid search warrent. 2. Attempted Jury Tampering to a person with a speech impediment, possibly to falsely testify that Rittenhouse raised his rifle before being chased.
And during the trial they, 1. Committed a Brady Violation by giving the Defense a low-resolution video while they kept a high resolution video to themselves, 2. Broke Kyle's 5th amendment rights by questioning his silence. 3. Tried to bring up evidence they knew wasn't allowed in front of the Jury. 4. Tried to discredit a witness for the Defense by questioning the fact he got a lawyer, and 5. Did the exact same thing 5 minutes later.

With any hope we'll achieve the Good Ending, Kyle walks a free man, and Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum get exposed and get disbarred from ever stepping in the courtroom again.

No expert would have 'caught' this. The Prosecution and FBI both said explicitly there -was no HD version-. They not only didn't provide it, they overtly lied about it.

It would be a small thing if the pros didnt hinge their entire case on a blurry outline and """provocation""".
Fuck, if he was a previously convicted childrapist and I had the opportunity to put him behind bars for life, I as a prosecutor wouldn't do such shit, but I could at least understand it. He is a kid that made a mistake/did his civic duty for god's sake.

Binger and Krause are monsters. They give a bad name to lawyers all over. They should rot in prison for life.

Forgive me for my ignorance, but if this is such a bulletproof thing, why would the trial court judge not declare a mistrial now rather than waiting for the appeals process?
He just got it, and it was only properly revealed... yesterday. This might be why Agent 47 was grinning ear to ear.

Here is one hoping but I’m jumping ship just in case because of what is the worst case sceanrio

The theory that the prosecution is throwing this on purpose to get a mistrial by prejudice is gaining more credibility in my eyes. It's difficult for me to believe any prosecutor would be stupid enough to be this blatant with their Jewish tricks. They know they overcharged and want to hand Kyle a pyrrhic victory by getting the whole thing thrown out.

Half the country is gonna be duped into thinking this is a travesty of justice and Kenosha will burn for it. None of them will ever concede that Kyle was innocent unless he's exonerated by a jury, and even then they'll just blame it on most of them being white people. Even if he wins, the people of the town he cared so much about will suffer for it. If this is really their mindset, then Binger and all of the prosecutors involved are truly evil people that are willing to get people hurt and possibly killed over some pointless moral victory.

With the amount they've done, I'd imagine that this "mistrial with prejudice" would be laid down the minute the judge got the motions to do it. But it hasn't happened yet. What does that tell you after eight occasions?
