Why bother with having rights, we'll just let the jury sort it out.None at all. The prosecution gets to respond and the judge seems to not want to cut off the jury.

Agreed, and it's super frustrating. Surely at some point, the clear, serious violations by the prosecution must be enough to declare a mistrial.he seems to not want to cut off the jury
Escapes, for literally like, anything? Lolol the amount of times we ran from cops while we were smoking cigs or weed behind a strip mall at 12-15 years old would give a couple dozen escapes a year, and I grew up in a Kenosha sized town. One of the more horrifying things I discovered when dragging through the records is that there is something over 100 escapes/year in Kenosha County. That means ~0.1% of the county population yearly escapes the police. I don't know how that stacks with the rest of America but it is disconcerting.

Despite all reason I think he will if it hangs or there's a guilty verdict. Why bother with having rights, we'll just let the jury sort it out.
Oh well, it will be entertaining never the less, best thing that can happen is Binger throws Big Boy under the bus and tries to blame him for it and how he had no idea the Defense got the video at only 1/4th the quality it should have been.None at all. The prosecution gets to respond and the judge seems to not want to cut off the jury.
I'll be the first to admit that I'm no expert on criminal procedure, but it seems pretty dishonest of a judge to let a pretense of a trial continue while the defense effectively works with a net.Despite all reason I think he will if it hangs or there's a guilty verdict
The fun part is almost nobody put two and two together that the riots stopped immediately after one of their own found out after fucking around what would happen.Let's strip this down a bit, shall we? And return to Kyle Rittenhouse's actions. Kyle Rittenhouse shut down all riots nationally and abroad within three fucking minutes. For three months, chaos reigned in every major American city and in many overseas.
Comes Kid Kyle, a boy who responded to a summons, who could not find protection and still set forth on his own into danger. This dumb-ass actually escaped an ambush trap set by those who saw him coming and considered him easy meat. In Rosenbaum's case, that snap judgment proved fatal because if 17 year olds possess absolutely no other redeeming qualities, they are fast-twitch reflex machines.
Oh wait - your side still has numbers? Call out for reinforcements! And make sure it happens before he makes the police line! Cranium that boy!
Kyle Rittenhouse killed two people who were absolute scum, not just because of their actions that night, but because of their actions on many nights before. He wounded another person society would never miss if he was gone. And he did this all within three goddam minutes.
Three days later, then-Vice Presidential candidate Kamala Harris said "enough is enough", but even that was too late because the riots were done. Completely stopped.
The next governmental body with any sort of balls at all should award Kyle Rittenhouse the highest civilian medal they are entitled to bestow. Not because he's a right-wing hero or anything of the sort. But because he's an American hero who stopped all the looting, burning, and rioting with just eight shots in three minutes.
Didn't the Judge ask at the end of the day about something and Agent 42 said he'd file it digitally / via email? Am I remembering that wrong? It's actually dated for the 15th.
Fire science is called science, but most often the "science" is in name only. Most "expert" witnesses called to the stand, have no background in science, often they're firefighters with a 2 year degree who have been firefighters for a while. And the things they attest to have have no basis in science. They haven't been formally trained in the scientific method, they've never conducted scientific experiments on fire forensics on peer review. Their "expert testimony" consists of some layman firefighter saying based on what I've seen I can conclude "x" is what happened. And these expert witness testimonies have been proven hokum fantasy through exoneration again and again.
Domestic terrorists don’t have constitutional rights. How many times does Binger get to violate Rittenhouse's constitutional rights before the judge declares a mistrial with prejudice? Is it four? Six? A dozen times? I want a number.
Could you just shut the fuck up if you are going to provide absolutely nothing of value to anything? It's well past the point of absurdity when I consider one of HHH's tirades of greater value than what you are providing.Domestic terrorists don’t have constitutional rights.
I don't know why this is so unfathomable for people. Burglars have sued homeowners many times for injuries while breaking in, etc, and won. Stripping away property rights is easier than personal rights, of course, but the feds will keep on truckin'They’ve wanted to get rid of the concept of self defense for decades. This trial is one but step in that direction.
Rosenbaum seems to have more than his victims.Domestic terrorists don’t have constitutional rights.
Prosecutor withheld evidence.Wait I just caught up, why is there a motion to dismiss?
That dude doing the course is not a scientist, he's just a local firefighter with experience. He hasn't done wide scale tests of his theories on a major level following the scientific method. It's pseudoscience. And you trainees have no bones to qualify you to testify on any of this. You are not a scientist, you are a public servant, these are not the same. And it's terrifying when one considers that literal lives are at stake. Your proposed method of expertise had been proven wrong and exonerated time and time again. The American public deserves far, far better methods, based on science, than what your post literally proposes. People are executed over this joke of a science.Every firefighter takes fire investigation courses and most firefighters can get a rough idea as to how a fire started in a structure, because figuring out what caused it is a pretty important part in both combating that fire and also ensuring there's no fire extension after you've knocked that fire down. If I respond to a structure fire that is suspicious, the officer on scene will call in a fire investigator. This would be (in my case) someone who worked for my department, who acted both as a firefighter and also received specialist training. But here's the thing: they do not determine fraud and arson. In scenarios where they suspect arson after their investigation, a state fire marshal would be called in, who abso-fucking-lutely does have a BS (at least) in a related field and is probably smarter than the both of us combined.
withheld evidence, violated consitutional rights of both the defendants and the Witnesses. attempted witness tampering.Prosecutor withheld evidence.
