An actual acquittal would be better for kyle. If he gets off due to a mistrial with prejudice he'll never hear the end of 'you got off on a technicality! the jury never said you weren't guilty!' and it'll follow him for the rest of his life and could have serious consequence for his future education and employment if potential employers start taking the same stance and the usual idiots shit up campus as soon as they hear he's planning to be there

Even if he get totally innocent without a shadow of doubt they will just say that the judge was biased and helped to pave the way to it, there is no winning with them

So do we have a full list on just how much ammo Kyle has for appeal?

1. The prosecution not providing the defense with the high resolution drone footage. Then using the full high quality footage only at the very end during closing. (Where the defense couldn't argue over it anymore.)

2. The whole 5th Amendment violation.

3. The jump kick man coming forward last second and possibly being turned away by the prosecution while they were building a case.

4. The image software literally having a "do not use for evidence" tag on it that was ignored.

What else am I missing? Because it seems like Rittenhouse has a ton of potential stuff to work with.
