The girl in the pictures is McKenzie Rittenhouse, who was dating Dominick Black. Given Dominick was 20 years old at the time of the shooting, it's fairly safe to assume she is not 16.

Is a 16 year old dating a 20 year old even THAT big a deal? Admittedly I don't know the AoC in Wisconsin, nor honestly the cultural opinion on relationships between people of those ages, but depending on how they know one another, I don't really know if Black being 20 precludes McKenzie being 16.

What are the realistic consequences of that for Binger in terms of discipline?

The judge hasn't even read the mistrial motion and is more concerned about media coverage than the fucking illegal shit the pros is doing and is going soft on them because he doesn't want to seem "racist".

I think people are pissed, and rightfully so, that this judge emphasizes how he wants the Jury to decide yet doesnt end this when the defendants rights have been violated over and over. As Rackets is explaining, Schroeder has other cases to handle as well, so he hasn't had a chance to fully read the motion for mistrial. There's no reason to pause the jury's deliberation process so he can decide on mistrial.
