The Metra from Chicago’s Ogilvie Transportation Center hits Kenosha at the end of the line. Supposedly they’re going to stop service at Waukegan, Illinois, should any “unrest” develop.

For reference, Waukegan is about 25 min drive from Antioch, which shouldn’t factor in except rioters never make sense. People are more concerned with their commute and potential delays, and I don’t believe this is anything other than minimizing exposure but who knows.
Between Waukegan and Kenosha, there’s two stops and I would guess about 20 min. The Union Pacific North Line has shuttered service to Kenosha before and just took off from
Waukegan.

That's called Brady material after the Supreme Court case about prosecutors deliberately failing to turn over exculpatory evidence of the defendant's innocence. It is the ultimate form of prosecutorial misconduct, and it is no surprise this corrupt, criminal piece of shit Binger did it in this case.

Wow, I never realized how close all of this was to Naval Station Great Lakes. Now I'm fully expecting some bored teenaged junior sailors to drive over and get themselves into trouble this weekend.

I doubt it will become a huge legal precedent, even if on appeal, but it might at least put a damper on the enthusiasm of corrupt prosecutors like Binger for prosecuting law abiding citizens for defending themselves against terrorists.

IMHO, there needs to be consequences for Binger and Kraus.
People here and there keep pointing out how unethical there are, with all the lies and the other shady stuffs they did, which are already bad enough, but the "enhanced" video frame, that to me is pure evidence fabrication, and they know it. Those prosecutors should be disbarred and prosecuted themselves, not only the shits they did were unethical, but this particular one, it was flat out illegal.
