The whole narrative of oh some guy showed up at the office in the middle of court and conveniently gave us this video is completely unacceptable in my opinion. This isn't Watergate and having stuff like this turn up when there is a indicated interest in the case by the state media is just suspicious at the very least. Combine that with the two files and this is some banana Republic stuff. Even in kangaroo trials they have all the evidence at the start.
Company closes down literally 17 days after the defense contacts them and hand them a tiny cropped video, its a fucking FED CONTRACTOR.
No other explanation.

I had a buddy who had an excellent theory on that. Everything was fine until they started letting women wear pants. Once you let someone wear pants, they think they have rights and it's all downhill from there. Ironically this dude is now a massive shitlib.
Giving females the right to wear clothing allowed them to have pockets. Once they had pockets, they would likely want to fill them with latinum, so they were going to need jobs. After they started earning latinum, they were going to want to spend it, which meant Ferenginar would expand its workforce and consumer base at the same time.

How can anyone buy this excuse? And of course the file the defense got was created 20 minutes or so after? Why is the file's specs not mentioned in the transfer so everyone can confirm they're getting the right stuff?

Not gonna doom but holy shit the incompetence by everyone here. Even Kyle didn't make all his shots, dude missed jump kick man and only got lefty's arm.

So it's fine for the prosecution to try to pressure a witness into changing his statement to the police, it's fine for the prosecution to tell the police not to execute a search warrant on Grosskreutz's phone, and it's fine for the prosecution to provide altered exhibits to the defense and a different exhibit to the jury...
The left pretty much does whatever they want now and very few times do they get any kind of punishment for it.

Socrates literally condemned himself. His death was an irl shitpost where he convinced the "democratic" Athenians that their own philosophy was bullshit, and they sentenced him for death because of how angry that made them.

Socrates was a completely awesome dude, he knew that his death would be remembered for thousands of years, probably for the entire length of history humanity even exists, and used it to spit contempt at a philosophy he despised, and was correct to despise.

If you disagree, name a single one of the prosecutors of Socrates you remember.
I don't disagree at all. I'm just shitting on democracy.

People conflate democracy with liberty, when it's just the best scheme we've cooked up so far to protect liberty.

Judge wants jurors to decide this, that much is clear. And he would probably prefer that verdict to be not guilty.
If it comes back guilty (unlikely) or hung jury, he'll go for mistrial with prejudice. I don't believe he would allow Kyle to rot in prison after all this.
Hard disagree there. From what I've seen in the JewSA, most people who hold any government office are primarily concerned with their own careers.

Why are we even getting an hour heads up? Is that standard procedure? It feels almost like a sports thing, as if they're letting everyone grab popcorn first.
Nah, it gives the lawyers/court staff enough time to get back into the courtroom. If I recall correctly at least.

Thinking about this, they could be held up on if Rittenhouse has a valid self defense affirmative defense in regards to Grosskreutz. So if Kyle had a reasonable person's belief that his use of force was necessary to prevent great bodily harm, he is completely acquitted there. But if that belief was unreasonable, he would be guilty of second degree attempted second degree intentional homicide.
