So it's compressed and had the resolution reduced? There's no way that wouldn't be considered tampering with evidence right?
Shrunk, compressed, zoomed and cropped. My opinion is that it's deliberate tampering, but they're pleading ignorance and blaming the systems they sent it through

The left pretty much does whatever they want now and very few times do they get any kind of punishment for it.
Laws are always strictly applied to both the left and the right.

Like it or not, that is the world we live in. You can thank the greatest man who ever lived, B. Obama.

The meta data shows the prosecutions created and sent an alternate file of evidence to the defense team that they rested their ENTIRE THEORY OF THE CASE ON!

We know they created it because the video the defense got WAS CROPPED!!!

Like.. I literally cannot even. The state actively fabricated evidence to send a kid THEY KNOW is innocent to jail or get the death penalty. On top of this the judge REFUSES TO DO HIS FUCKING JOB AND DISMISS WOTH PREJUDICE!

Every institution is broken in America. They are beyond broken. I don't see how the state recovers from this. This undermines every trial Binger and Kraus have been apart of at minimum but the entire justice apparatus is tainted.

I'd love to hear how I'm wrong. This is not a blackpill for me because even though the Soviet Union fell, Russia is almost better than ever, but I seriously don't see how the state/goverment recovers from the last 2 years.

I'm getting a drink.

I don't disagree at all. I'm just shitting on democracy.

People conflate democracy with liberty, when it's just the best scheme we've cooked up so far to protect liberty.
Watching everything go to shit over the past several years really has enforced me taking the Heinlein-pill.
Only net contributors to society should have citizenship.

Thinking about this, they could be held up on if Rittenhouse has a valid self defense affirmative defense in regards to Grosskreutz. So if Kyle had a reasonable person's belief that his use of force was necessary to prevent great bodily harm, he is completely acquitted there. But if that belief was unreasonable, he would be guilty of second degree attempted second degree intentional homicide.
I don't understand how being attacked in the middle of the street at night during a national riot by an aggressive, armed mob who outnumbers you and is screaming "get him" isn't self-defense.

I would like to point out that nobody really knows anything of the jury besides wild ass guesses and rumors and everything said here about them is likely totally wrong.
Agreed. This could straight up just be the jury taking its time. Going through the instructions, going through the evidence, and reaching an agreement takes time.

Bro, Kyle should have roundhouse kicked Grosskreutz in the face then flown away using his Iron Man suit.

We have already been over this with expert witness Vaush and Prosecutor Calories.

*Maybe*... the jury is just trying to be thorough on all the charges. The instructions are nearly 40 pages, after all.
