Defense is offering a 'compromise', Mistrial without prejudice. Which is good by my book, since I have pointed out multiple times that the Defense can't pull this shit twice.
I just don't see how it could reasonably be done without prejudice if it's done on the basis of the correct evidence not being presented (not to mention the constitutional violations previously raised). The judge is declining the decide at this time so he won't address it for now, but for fuck's sake, they withheld evidence.

Wow judge almost outright telling defence to chill on the mistrial thing in case a not guilty comes back. Stream glitched out so I couldn't tell if he was actually winking

Its their attempt to get the judge on board. Knowing that if they have all the evidence that the prosecution has they will have a much harder time proving any of their elements.
