I asked an Absolute Boomer what would happen if you copy a file from a phone to or from a laptop etc. Even they know the file doesn't compress or change name unless someone fucks with it.

Fatty and Binger are arseholes, liars and scum. Even if you think Kyle is guilty and deserves jail time, you can't tell me you'd be comfortable with him being convicted with this.

No, I agree with you. The entire system in America is irredeemably corrupt and needs to be burned to the ground (in Minecraft).
Hahaha yes friend. I'm 3D printing guns for society's inevitable collapse. But in Roblox. Gotta get those chevos. I'll platinum if I run over a glowie.

God I hope so.

I know I've seen that option before. Possibly outlook mobile. Fatboy mentioned he used his phone.
Then that still makes it fatties fault. It doesn't matter if he says 'Oh I did it by mistake'

Too fucking bad, don't be a boomer next time. Mistrial with prejudice.

The defence knows the judge probably doesn't want to declare a mistrial with prejudice, and that the state probably won't bring the case up again if a mistrial is declared. The defence believes that a mistrial without prejudice is easier to obtain and still means Kyle gets to walk.
Oh they will try him again. Satan is funny that way.

The full motion is still separate and in consideration, you retards
Would I be correct in thinking this was the defense giving the judge more options in the case of a guilty verdict? Like hedging their bets in case the jury convicts and the judge doesn't want to grant w/ prejudice for whatever reason?

I'm not going to shit up the thread asking questions, but if anyone has any suggestions for resources on court trials of this nature or how Law in this specific case works, for an outsider, to learn about, I'd appreciate any pointers
