they are asking for it because the video is what the states case entirely rests on.
Not providing the full video is a massive fuckup for the prosecution, not just because the state case relies on it, but because it deprived the Defense an opportunity to have an expert review the original video and find that Kyle did not point his weapon at anyone.

The judge should either strike the whole video, which kills the prosecution's weak case, or declare a mistrial.

Prosecution pissing me off with this "whoops it was an accident" deal over and over. They know that doesn't change whether or not the evidence was faulty wrt a mistrial; they're focused on saving their own asses at this point and it's gotta be transparent to everyone there
