at around the 2 second mark he turns around and aims his gun at Rosenbaum in some effort to deter his pursuit, but that isn't what is pivotal in this case, it's about the following frames which the prosecution says gave reason for Rosenbaum to give chase, this is what their case is riding on because they've basically already given up on the latter individual cases of him shooting Huber and Byecep.
