I wish the judge knew that no matter what he does at this point, the idiots hating on him haven't even been watching the trial. Absolutely nothing he does at this point will make them hate him any less unless kyle gets the worst possible verdict because he's turned into the scapegoat they can blame everything in Kyle's favor on
Trying to bend the knee to people who haven't listened to a word you said is absolutely pointless, it's actually kind of annoying he thinks he can change their minds

Again, I know nothing about Court or Law or whatever else. Is this a totally normal thing they do in trials? Completely vacate the room for everyone except the jurors to examine evidence provided during deliberation? Is this crazy?

Judges won't press the button until they need to press the button. Every one of these is a fantastic appeal point if it gets that far.

It should not get that far.

Yes, it is. WHICH IS WHY THE PROSECUTION LOWERED THE RESOLUTION TO SUPPORT A BULLSHIT THEORY THEY KNEW WAS BULLSHIT TO ADD A PROVOCATION CHARGE WHICH THEY KNEW WOULD BE TAKEN OUT OF ITS LEGAL CONTEXT AND BE USED TO APPLY TO KYLE 1)HAVING AN AR-15 2)DEFENDING PROPERTY HE WAS ASKED TO DEFEND 3)SHOW UP AGAISNT A BLM/ANTIFA RIOT!

I no longer care about the jury making a decision. This trial should not continue. The prosecution fabricated evidence to put a person they know is innocent in jail for political purposes.

This goes beyond this trial. This is the state ACTIVELY faking evidence to punish a citizen they know is innocent for political reasons.

This experiment is over. That's the end.
