Also the defense really needs to get more heated. Throw the prosections and even the judge's arguements back at them. That whole part about "a day of reckoning is coming" should have been turned into: "Yes, it's here judge and it's time to let the house of cards you yourself mentioned collapse."

The whole thing is tainted. You can't unring the bell at this point.

agreed bald man and the HAVOCK need to pop off and phoenix right this shit. Idk why they don't object to more, this judge doesnt mind arguing.

The problem is though that the justice system has already taken significant damage. How many people have watched the live streams, the clips and what not of Dumb and Dumber to fuck up this case by violating several rights and laws? Any sane judge would have ended it on Wendnseday last week when Littlebinger made the assumption that Kyle's usage of his 5th amnedment rights were a sign of guilt. This can't continue on forever and something will break soon I fear. Regardless how Kyle is judged in the end (and I still hope for not guilty on the remaining charges) we already have a breaking line with those lunatics. Even though more and more people wake up the lunatics are in the places that matter. Just imagine someone snaps when defending himself thinking "I am fucked either way so I am gonna take those bastards with me!"

I mean, if he is convicted that is the only logical way to approach things. If THIS is not a good self-defense shoot, then literally nothing is. If you are forced to defend yourself, you might as well at that point assume you will be found guilty and make further decisions regarding your future and actions with that assumption in mind.

The Judge said the Court TV would be allowed in for as long as he was explaining the rules to the jurors... and then the feed was cut anyway, so we don't get to hear any of that!
