Seems like the Judge is afraid of the media to a very significant extent, which explains his flimsy weasly behavior ("that evidence makes me queasy"). Any other way around he would be acting completely differently and would be exercising total power over the offenders. Prosecution is clearly fucking this case up and fucking with the possibility for justice. Defense should have pressed the judge more but seems to be oblivious to how completely sociopathic these leftist prosecutors are with their actions. You can't play passive with snakes and criminals like Krause, judge is oblivious to what's going on and the defense needs to be more aggressive in protecting Kyle. His entire life is on the line with these cocksuckers.

Call me or naive but I really think the judge tries to get this trial to a "normal" conclusion in order to preserve the trust in the justice system. The problem is though that the justice system has already taken significant damage. How many people have watched the live streams, the clips and what not of Dumb and Dumber to fuck up this case by violating several rights and laws? Any sane judge would have ended it on Wendnseday last week when Littlebinger made the assumption that Kyle's usage of his 5th amnedment rights were a sign of guilt. This can't continue on forever and something will break soon I fear. Regardless how Kyle is judged in the end (and I still hope for not guilty on the remaining charges) we already have a breaking line with those lunatics. Even though more and more people wake up the lunatics are in the places that matter. Just imagine someone snaps when defending himself thinking "I am fucked either way so I am gonna take those bastards with me!"

Again, I know nothing about Court or Law or whatever else. Is this a totally normal thing they do in trials? Completely vacate the room for everyone except the jurors to examine evidence provided during deliberation? Is this crazy?

They said that they would be doing this earlier. I think it may be because the jurors get to look at evidence alone, so now that they're watching it in the courtroom by necessity (because of the need to use the same tv or limiting playback or something) that they should be undisturbed like normal. This was just what I gathered as an average person watching the stream, though.
I hope he plays Osmosis Jones though, or at least The Magic School Bus.

When you transcode you can select the ratio to go down to a lesser ratio, that's possible.

You can setup secure, legal binding, internet accessable DropBox file shares that you can literally copy/past to.

I've set them up and used them for legal/business and they are fully compliant in those regards to who uploaded what and when.

I refuse to believe either Prosecution or Defense has not dealt with that technology in the last 5 years of their practice as that is literally the default way to transfer large documents with tracking these days.
