Chauvin and Kyle's convictions will set down four precedents: that police officers can't restrain criminals, and that if you are attacked in public you can't defend yourself if the attackers support state-sponsored terrorism like BLM. Third, the media decides your guilt and may influence the outcome however they'd like. Fourth, intimidation of juries and even judges is permissable and even politicians can incite riots and violence if the verdict isn't what they want it to be.

It fucked up badly enough with Chauvin, and if it fucks up with Kyle then the Justice System in our country will what little legitimacy it had left.
This is a net positive. Bubba-Ray and DeVaughn will police their communities better than anyone else.

It may also be worth mentioning (if someone hasn't already done so) if the video was encoded in Handbrake that Mediainfo is capable of distinguishing writing applications for files and could conclusively determine if it was re-encoded.

Honestly the metadata doesn't matter. Who even knows if he used that laptop? The point is he was telling a bald faced lie about not knowing how to compress video.

Okay, my uncle works at Nintendo's Kenosha branch and he is sending me everything. Elon Musk just charged through the door with the HODL army in tow, armed to the teeth with tiki torches and katanas. Now Ashley Biden is twerking on the judge's chair to a nightcore remix of Proud to Be an American while leaflets of the full unredacted Deagle Report fall from the ceiling in a flurry of confetti. Might've spotted one or two based heckin pupperinos doing the Air Bud dance as well. No I do not have a video but maybe I can send you a very pixelated version of it later

No lie...

If I was Kyle, I think at this point, suicide is the only answer. Defense isn't doing enough to protect him. The judge, in a NORMAL (not even just, but NORMAL) world would've ended this horseshit and Binga Bing Bong and Tons o' Fun would be escorted out in cuffs.
This is John Carpenter's The Thing personified. NOBODY is trustworthy, and the only sure way out with humanity intact is death.
Not to sound corny, but there's always a better option than suicide (barring extreme circumstances that mostly happen in movies)

I... don't know if the HD version is going to help anyone. The Ratfucked version is at least vague enough you could interpret it one way. The HD one is more clear, but it's more clear in that it... doesn't really show anything at all.

Typical, but this judge doesn't care it seems.

My feeling is this case would of been tossed long ago if it wasn't a "political trial" like they keep forcing the claim it isn't. He wants the anger of the mob to be on the jurors and not himself. The "Day of Reckoning" I'm sure is regards to the prosecutions repeated fuck ups that are requiring them to force is hand in acting in Rittenhouse's favor.

While that does put a bit of animosity onto the Judge for not risking himself in the due course of justice, I do think that a jury result is the best outcome. There are a lot of people that will be outraged at the court making a decision that prevents the from being tried(justly or unjustly, each side will see it's bias) that will not be activated by a jury decision.

I think it's clear that the Judge will step in to protect Kyle from the actions of the State, but ONLY if the jury doesn't let him off. If it all gets thrown out by the jury then he doesn't have to risk anything. It's practically what was stated when the defense asked for a mistrial without prejudice. I know everyone is going hard against them for that, but I think they have the same conclusion as I, that the Judge will not throw this out with prejudice. The best they can hope for is without, he's not going to put the entire ire of the mob, the media, and the establishment on himself.
