If it were all Not Guilty or all Guilty, we'd be done by now. There's be no waiting, So we know, for a fact, there is holdouts.

We next can strike off that it's just bickering about the lessers, that'd not require any video and it got removed as an option as soon as some was requested.

So, we know for sure there is Guilty and Not Guilty camps.


From there it is speculation based upon what they requested, in what order.

I'd like to point out, once again, we're the exact same place we were Friday night when we felt good about the case, except with two charges thrown out.
Sure, our faith in the actual system is shattered, but the jury knows the same shit and have the same evidence.

EDIT: With the filenames starting with img_ it almost definitely wasn't converted by Handbrake, so this is likely a red herring. But it does damage his credibility in regards to supposedly not knowing anything about video conversion.

You are right. I was half thinking about another post talking about handbrakes logs too when I wrote that. The point I am getting at is that you don't have to go into an autism rabbit hole of metadata to show the fat guy is a lying piece of shit
