If there are 1 or 2 faggots holding out on either a guilty or not guilty verdict and wasting time and energy, just bypass them. I do think Kyle defended himself and he shouldn't even be tried for this, but he still killed two people and shot one more guy. If I was on the jury I'd still feel responsible towards the victim's families and want to go through the evidence, discuss everything with the other jurors and make sure I come to the correct conclusion.

That's not Kyle's fault, though. The issue is the only reason this trial exists is so the state of Wisconsin and the local county and police can absolve themselves of responsibility for the rioting. If they had done their jobs and maintained law and order, there would be no/minimal rioting and Kyle would not have been in this situation in the first place. Criminals like Rosenbaum and Jumpkick guy and Gross created the situation and were allowed to because the government didn't do their job. They want to throw Kyle in prison and blame the situation on him and shift attention away from their lack of leadership and action.

If the families of the people shot want some kind of retribution they should sue the state. It's not Kyle's fault he defended himself against their attempts to murder him.

As someone who follows the Weeb Wars saga, I feel it's worth clarifying that Chupp never did anything to look good. People simply assumed because he was Republican and set the court and deposition dates as early as possible that he was completely based and on Vic's side with zero actual investigation into him. I can't speak to how the judge behaved in the Chauvin case, but this judge has been much more openly sympathetic toward Kyle and his side of things than Chupp ever appeared to be toward Vic. Assuming Shroeder would Chupp would be a decision based off of cynicism, rather than experience.

There's always the chance that the holdouts are NG guys in a room full of guilty, but I'd guess full guilty is highly unlikely.
There's always the possibility of a compromise verdict, but idk anything about that.

I'm giving it until midway through Thursday before I mostly expect a hung jury, they already requested video of Huber and Gaige so now that they moved to Pedobaum it gives me hope they reached a verdict on that today and are going back to where it all started.
