My thoughts on doomers and how this whole trial is going:
Threats are flying
Rosenbaum's dying
Doomers are crying
Prosecutors are lying too

Kyle is killing
Lefties are shilling
The whole world's gone to hell
But how are you?

I'm super, thanks for asking
All things considered, I couldn't be better I must say
I'm feeling super no, nothing bugs me
Everything is super when you're-Don't you think I look cute in this hat?

I'm so sorry Mr. Cripple

But I just can't feel too bad for you right now
Because I'm feeling so insanely super
That even the fact that you can't Sneed can bring me down

He's super thanks for asking
All things considered, he couldn't be better he must say

I'm super no, nothing bugs me. Everything is super when you're-Don't you think I look cute in this hat these little pants
This matching tie that I got at Vogue?
I'm super!

In the barracks and the trenches as well
Big Gay Al says do ask do tell
Yes he's super and he's proud to convey
Everything is super when you're gay!

It's worth noting that the 'hold outs' may not be Karens, but may legitimately be intimidated jurors. It could be the intimidated jurors are waffling about the evidence being unconvincing on either side (even though with presumption of innocence this would make it pro-Kyle) and the rest of the jury thus going over the instructions and the evidence to try to show it is overwhelmingly on Kyle's side. As people have said, if the jurors admit outside influence they'll be removed, but if they're afraid of the left rioting and the right targeting them (because they believe the news, and so the right is a big scary boogeyman too) they wouldn't want to be singled out as 'jurors who had to be removed' and would instead make up excuses like 'I don't know, the evidence just isn't clear to me...'

I don't know what such a case would mean on the scale of 'hold outs eventually giving in to not-guilty' to 'cowardice sticking true until hung jury', but it might also explain part of why the jury won't just admit it's hung, either. A hung jury has all the consequences of a guilty and a not-guilty verdict at once, at least as far as a rabbit on the jury would be concerned.
This is the biggest and stupidest cope of all. There are no jurors who want to acquit but are just so scared. If there was, they or another juror would speak to someone about it and it would become an issue. You guys act like this country has never seen juror intimidation before and like we don't have ways to deal with it and the jury has no recourse if it happens. This is complete nonsense.

This same cope was bright up during Chauvin and guess what, it was completely false. There's no intimidated jurors, just leftist true belivers who don't care about facts or logic who won't give up their positions no matter what.

What's going on? People are dooming on the 2nd day of deliberation?
THE STATE FABRICATED EVIDENCE TO CONVICT AN INNOCENT PERSON(THEY HAVE TO BELIEVE THAT OTHERWISE WHY FABRICATE EVIDENCE) AND THE JUDGE IS SCARED AND BEING A PUSSY SO WON'T DISMISS THE CASE.

I'm not dooming over the case. I'm lightlu dooming over the fact that the institution of justice is broken and I see no plausible way it can be repaired. It doesn't matter if the correct verdict comes in and Kyle is acquitted. We have very clear evidence of the state creating evidence to incriminate someone and the judge presiding over the trial refuses to dismiss it because he is hurt and scared over what the media will say about him.

Every. Single. Institution of America has 0 credibility after this case regardless of the outcome. That's why I think the sensible people in this thread are dooming right now. I see no remedy for the problem. While others have predicted it for awhile, for me this marks the moment in history that it's a formality that the current govetment of the US will fall, most likely a collapse, and something else will take its place. Idk what, but this is way to similar to the end of the Soviet union.

If anyone has a way the state can rebuild trust with citizens after the last 2-3 years I'd love to hear it. I simply cannot rationalize anyway they recover from all the damage that has happened starting with 2020.

Idk why I never realized it before, but today it dawned on me that there is no such thing as a 'good' lawyer for average joe. Any lawyer who isn't on payroll for a rich dude or organization is not a good lawyer, otherwise they wouldn't have to bother with plebs.
Varg Freeborn said it in his definitive tome, Violence of Mind: "the only rights you truly have are the ones you can pay an attorney to defend".
