What we need is a justice system where Twitter decides who is innocent or guilty, and what the punishment should be.

For "the grea'er good" justifies plenty of terrible things in democracies. I submit the past 88 years of American history. It goes back further though, recall the Bank of the United States. Too I think a lifetime reign with a successor in the wings ends up with a more favorable result overall. What president hasn't been a sociopath? From Bush I on down. Before that Nixon.I’d even be hesitant to want a benevolent dictator because even if the initial person is decent, doesn’t mean their successors will be as good. Also, stuff like “for the greater good” has been used to justify some pretty terrible things.
I don't know if this guy's a fed, but I find it pretty entertaining that he talks like he just walked out of a Metal Gear Solid game. You were luminescent from the beginning, but lately you've been glowing hard.

And then there's the name: Shamash, which would be Shamash-shum-ukin, the Assyrian prince of Babylon that rebelled against his brother, the king of Assyria. It's a pretty obvious metaphor for the North vs. South, especially given the fact that Babylon (the South) lost.
You're either sloppy, or a fed. Try harder.
That’s what all of the autists who are super mad about Kyle think the legal system actually is. Trial by Twitter and they’ve already declared him guilty. What we need is a justice system where Twitter decides who is innocent or guilty, and what the punishment should be.
Shit I wish was I was a Fed. I'd be getting paid to post here. KF allows actual free speech, and everything I'm saying is true. You were luminescent from the beginning, but lately you've been glowing hard.

My understanding is Kraus and Binger are basically the Beavis and Butthead of the system. The DA kicked the case down to them because he knew it was a stinker. So, that could be it.Even if you were going to purposely send shitty footage to the defense to gain an advantage, why in the name of God would you do it in such a bizarre, needlessly convoluted way?
I'm flabbergasted.
You’re right that it’s also used in other governments, but on principle, I don’t want any dictatorship because I don’t trust the government that much. Dictatorships just make the government even more powerful. For "the grea'er good" justifies plenty of terrible things in democracies. I submit the past 88 years of American history. Oh this is pure nonsense, history has only produced a very small handful of Caligulas out of thousands of emperors, and even Caligula likely wasn't as bad as he is made out to be, but was merely slandered by his enemies in the senate (fake news has always existed). Emperors and other dictators typically have dozens of advisors and other powerful men within the state, who are often collectively more powerful than the leader himself. The big difference between an autocracy and a democracy is that an autocracy might have a bad government, but democracy is a bad government by design. It is set up so that it divides the population into an us-vs-them mentality, and forces politicians to peddle influence to campaign donors if they want to get anywhere. Then these influence-peddlers all cover for eachother like a den of vipers. If a minister or a governor were caught engaging in corrupt acts under an autocracy, he would be removed by the monarch, if not outright executed. You don't even need backstabbing.
Just when they die whether their replacement will be as good is very much a question.
History has shown us this time and again.
that chick won the banter battle, fair and square
People don't understand that you can vote to give your guys a ton of power today and tomorrow the other side can then use that same power against you as soon as they're in power. You’re right that it’s also used in other governments, but on principle, I don’t want any dictatorship because I don’t trust the government that much. I... what? The prosecution's HD version doesn't have that banner, right? Did they alter the video TWICE??View attachment 2727073

They cropped the video to remove the Fox News branding and whatnot.
These idiots might have committed a Brady violation because the very idea of Fox News existing caused them to have a mental fuck breakdown.
I love this timeline.
Imagine getting paid to post on Kiwifarms...Shit I wish was I was a Fed. I'd be getting paid to post here. KF allows actual free speech, and everything I'm saying is true.
But if you want to think of me as a glowie, I won't be offended.
Nah, they did not use the FOX footage, at least not THAT fox footage. However it is now clear that the video that they have has the top 22% cut off. Likely the video had a watermark or something on the top that would have identified it, or something. Very odd. Either that or it was the Fox news copy of the video, but the direct version, not the one aired on TV.View attachment 2727073

Obligatory:I don't know if this guy's a fed, but I find it pretty entertaining that he talks like he just walked out of a Metal Gear Solid game.
Except I get the impression that these prosecutors are at least trying. Bravos and Butt-Head wouldn’t even do that.My understanding is Kraus and Binger are basically the Beavis and Butthead of the system. The DA kicked the case down to them because he knew it was a stinker. So, that could be it.
I just want the government to stop overstepping their boundaries for the sake of “safety”. Though, people will willingly sacrifice their rights for safety, so I can’t bring myself to feel sorry for those that don’t realize that they aren’t getting those rights back unless it’s through force.People don't understand that you can vote to give your guys a ton of power today and tomorrow the other side can then use that same power against you as soon as they're in power.
I've been insinuating the FBI/Three letter glowies gave it to them, do I have to spell it out?Nah, they did not use the FOX footage, at least not THAT fox footage. Either way this was shady as shit. There is no chain of custody, we don't know who filmed it, or anything.
Maybe I'm just dumb here, but why would the glowies need to give it to them on the down low?THE GLOWIES GAVE IT TO THEM ON THE DOWN LOW
Because this is a state case and the Kenosha DA is probably not a party to that agreementMaybe I'm just dumb here, but why would the glowies need to give it to them on the down low?
The feds and states share evidence like this all the time.
