At most, he'll say that trolls harass his family, which is something he's already lied about plenty of times and likes to allude to. He can't really provide anymore details because there's really no way to spin it that also doesn't make him look bad, since he'd be admitting to letting Khet's sister be a homeless druggie without trying to help her. He's not exactly under any obligation to help her or anything, but I think even Phil recognizes that's a bad look, especially since people are starting to catch on to how much money he has.
