Dynasties by their very nature are broken and cannot work. This is why many founding fathers were against more than one term for a president, and some also believed that if you were related to a previous president you were barred from becoming president yourself. When your qualifications for ruling is 'I crawled out of the womb of the wife of the previous ruler/the ruler herself' you're probably not going to be a great ruler. And if you are, that's an exception, not the rule.

Oh, crap. I just realized, I don't know if AirDrop creates a new file with a fresh Date Created. If it does, then somebody else may have cropped out the Fox News logo and the Date Created would be from the moment they Airdropped the file away. If AirDrop preserves the Date Created metadata for the original file being airdropped then it's a real strong sign that Lunchbox cropped out the Fox News logo on his own iphone before he shared it. It would line up with both versions being produced by the same version of Quicktime.

Seriously though if Kyle gets acquitted I hope it involves some kind of weird loophole that makes it impossible to try him for anything ever again. Kinda like that guy in Turkey that was legally dead but still alive.

Do you know what EVPs are? Electronic Voice Phenomena, people claim it's recordings of dead people speaking. It's usually creepy voices mumbling/whispering unintelligible things. What people do is they say what they think it says, and then you'll start hearing the same thing too. Even if the supposed ghost voice isn't saying anything understandable.

It's the same thing here. It's a blurry mess of pixels that could be anything. But the prosecution is planting the idea in people's heads, and then they'll start to see it too.

Because at a moment when the drone is rising and turning and tilting the camera downward and every pixel in the video is a blob of compression artifacts, Kyle appears as a smudge in the corner of the frame that can be whatever you need it to be. It is evidence that can mean literally anything at a pivotal second of the event.

So it means Kyle must be guilty.
