well those 2 states were right...Being soft handed with slavery was critical to the formation of the Union since two states wouldn't part with the practice & pressing them to surrender it put the founding itself at risk.

It honestly wouldn't surprise me if feds were in an alley a few blocks away and started shooting into a barrel of water just to instigate violence between the rioters and the people trying to protect the city. Close gunshots in a tense situation makes shit 100x worse. One thing I wonder about from time to time is the alleged other gunfights in Kenosha that went down before Kyle's fateful run, there were rumors of other armed defenders exchanging shots with BLM rioters. I do wonder if it was all bullshit hearsay and rumors or if it really went down and that all obviously was completely overshadowed when Kyle made 2 and a half good communists.
What are you talking about, according to the prosecution, "everybody takes a beating". You should takes your licks from an angry, violent mob, possibly be put in a coma or killed, rather than defend yourself. Be like attorney Krause was as a kid and take those swirlies. As for provocation, he absolutely did it, look at the 240p blurry photo...whoops, not that 4k file that the prosecution should have sent to the defence, no no, that blurry photo that the prosecution hocus pocused into being out of focused. Truly a slam dunk case against this 17 year old kid.Yes, it's literally "put yourself in his shoes". If you were in the situation he was in, facing the things he was facing, would you reasonably be in fear of death or great bodily harm? That's why the self-defense experts are going apeshit over this one. When someone is trying to pry your rifle from your hands, you are facing the prospect of death or great bodily harm if they succeed. When someone jumps above your prone body and intentionally kicks you in the face on the way down, you are facing the prospect of death or great bodily harm. When someone swings a skateboard at your head by the trucks (fucking twice!), you are facing the prospect of death or great bodily harm. And finally, when someone brings a pistol to bear on you from mere feet away, you are facing the prospect of death or great bodily harm.
Provocation probably went out the window when Rittenhouse ran away and kept running away. If he was provoking with intent to get a response that would allow him to credibly claim self-defense, he would have stood his ground and blasted Rosenbaum by the initial clutch of cars. And the prosecution's witness saying he felt as though he was following but definitely not chasing a presumed active shooter is obviously wrong on its face due to the fact that the individual was running away from the mob and towards the police. Did you perhaps think that someone you thought said was "with the police" was going to get close to them and open fire on them?
At least 6 people attempted to murder Kyle Rittenhouse that night, singly or in groups, and none of them succeeded. The reason they did not succeed was because Kyle Rittenhouse used his weapon to neutralize all true threats, and as he did so, he attempted to minimize the danger to anyone who wasn't actively trying to kill him. That this trial is happening at all is a travesty of justice.

BlueAnon has content to go off of for months, apparently. When they still can't get enough of Jan 6, that is.View attachment 2727335
I would like some of whatever the good Representative is smoking. He seems to still think that the ride will end, ever.
I'm out of the loop. Did he actually diddle a kid, or...?Please God, don't let Gaetz diddle Kyle like he did Nestor![]()
It's just odd that a single homosexual-looking guy adopted a little kid from Cuba. Lately, though, he has everyone convinced that he likes underage girls instead.BlueAnon has content to go off of for months, apparently. When they still can't get enough of Jan 6, that is.
