Guilty on charges class 5 felony incest
Guilty on charges class 3 felony rape
Guilty on charges on class 4 felony endangering an elderly person

Sentence: 1 year for count 1, 5 years for count 2, 5 years for count 3 to be served at a penal mental facility, 3 years probation, required to register as life long sexual offender, barred from communications with Barb while incarcerated.

Total years: 11 years incarcerated, 3 years probation. Out in 5 with good behavior, but only if sent to a mental outreach shelter, and necessary sexual offender identification.


However; thats what would happen normally, this is the Teflon tard. So probably just a year in the loony bin and registering as a 10 year sexual offender.

I would think that since they are holding Chris in custody the continuances won’t be as numerous unless they approve bail and he’s released. From a legal standpoint Chris is innocent until proven guilty.

Chris' attorney will not easily agree to the rape charge, since that comes with the heavy SOR requirement. I don't think we'll see that come into play. The main question will be how many years he gets for the incest.

Depends on the victims state of being and mind; because she is a protected class, and depending on how bad she is mentally, rape is assumed because of lack of wherewithal.

So, either barbs been lying about how bad things are mentally, or Chris is a rapist.

I literally created this account to tell you that you're an ignorant pseudointellectual that ought to shut the fuck up.

Schizoid (CWC doesn't come close) is distinct from schizotypal PD - the only overlap would be lack of emotional expression (flat affect) and persisting social failures.

CWC obviously expresses emotion, whereas someone with flat affect DOES NOT OR RARELY expresses emotion through common behaviors viz. smiling, frowning, raising one's voice, gesticulating, etc.

I will say Schizotypal PD is a viable diagnosis, but you've simply lucked into the psychological definition because NOTHING you've said actually corresponds to any evidential basis or solid reasoning.

Beyond that, it goes without saying that CWC is on the spectrum. You seem to be confused about the fact that mental illness is often compounded by attendant comorbidities. No, it's certainly the case he could be autistic and also in possession of a personality disorder or whatnot. Of course, in the presence of other issues, mental health problems can manifest in ways that wouldn't be immediately consonant with the Wikipedia article checklist of whatever disorder your dumb ass decided to click on.

I predict Chris pleads guilty and only gets incest charge. Gets commuted for time served. 5 years probation, sex offender, etc.

It doesn't seem like it, but Chris has already been in jail for more than 3 months. You don't get good behavior credit for 1 year sentences but if Chris has actually been behaving well for that 3 months it'll definitely play into the judge's sentencing and how lenient he is.

what probably happening today is the pre trial stuff.
also, to see if any new charges come up
most likely, rape will be added.

Anyone livestreaming an incest and potentially an elder abuse/sexual assault case from inside the courtroom on a cell phone and against a judges order is a moron and could be thrown in jail for contempt.
