so every video so far has been of the pedobaum shooting?
Either that, or they're working backwards.
I do realize the only reason I can say this is that guilty SEEMS so remote a possibility as of now.
Guilty is still in the cards, but I agree, it is unlikely at this juncture.

Can the DOJ jump in if it’s open to be brought up again and press federal charges because hE cRoSsEd StAtE lInEs?
Not a lawyer, but there may be an argument that Kyle's buddy picking up the gun was an intentional straw purchase, i.e. a purchase made for someone who couldn't legally do so on their own. This bit is true; Kyle couldn't have bought the AR in either state, but WI law differentiates purchase from ownership.

This bit would worry me if I were the buddy. The ATF are a special kind of r*tarded. (Fuck your chanboard word filter, null)

I don't think they have anything for Kyle.

He lost a few he assigned to it, then the defense crumbled and he indicated -very hard- he wanted the case dropped. Binger kept on fucking going anyway.
Huh, I had no idea. What a retаrd. Clearly it's 100% for career advancement purposes, Richards was on point when he said that Binger wants to put Kyle's head on his wall.
Let's hope he'll just be another fuckwit who fucked around and found out.

My understanding is it would only have been a straw purchase if he gave it to Kyle to keep afterward. The stated agreement is that he would retain ownership until Kyle turned 18 and then it would be gifted to him (which would be legal at that time).

I agree that the prosecution will likely not want to try again (but my have dug their own grave on this one), but really a full acquittal vindicates Kyle and us. I'd really prefer this outcome.

Not to doompill but I'm worried the longer this goes they are working from NG to guilty. The whole "I'm just going to cuck so they shut up" losing with principles conservative.

Yeah, until then Kyle can only borrow it. Considering Kyle's gun charge was dropped, his friend's should be as well

Dunno the legality of it but buying guns with an intention to give them as a present is 100% normal. But then again the ATF arbitrarily creates and enforces statutes

If that were the case, I think it would have happened already. Lefties dig in and double down until they can't deny reality anymore. Righties fold like a cheap suitcase at the first sign of trouble.

You're absolutely right, but then again, this entire case is the most clear cut instance of self defense ever captured on video. Feds are idiots, and the ATF is where the most exceptional of idiots go. Imagine an entire department of Bingers.

If LittleBinger and Fatlock really does eat shit over their conduct, is Kyle eligible to claim credit for his kill count?

What the heck is actually happening? Is Littlebinger getting more trouble?

Saw this live as it happened on Nick's stream. IIRC, It was right after the woman BTFO'd the FUCK out of Lunchbox by calling him a liar and proving it on the fly. Lunchbox changed his story for the 3rd time in a fucking row after trying to blame her fucking it up, then tryign to blame binger, then going "whoops I sent it from MY phone..." and the Judge was just fucking DONE with them by that point. He said he'd have to get the ADAs under oath which is judge speak for "You are lying to me and I know it, fatty."

Remembering that she's not even a lawyer, she's their paralegal. Their assistant.

Living in a very gun heavy place where it’s such a sweet gesture for you to inherit your dads old hunting rifles and shit. It didn’t even cross my mind that people would be horrified at buying guns as gifts.

LET TODAY BE THE DAY WE GET THE VERDICT.

That time ATF went after RareBreed trigger by declaring it a machine gun, hilarious (and horrifying) shit
Wonder how their lawsuit is going, because they just told ATF to go fuck themselves lol

I wish I still had the video of the ATF faggot getting arrested and almost shot by local PDs.

He should man up and wear a wig like Shoeonhead, or even better they could trade.
I don't know. That Beenie is his trademark--his schtick. Everyone in the biz needs a schtick.

On the other hand, Tucker lost the damn bow-tie and that doesn't seem to have hurt him.

Hmmm........
