Wow. When all this started up I genuinely was not expecting that Chris could possibly walk away from it unscathed and return to his home as if nothing happened. That is pretty wild. I know everyone jokes that he has autism immunity to consequences but I would not have thought you could get away with sexually assaulting your elderly mother, bragging about it online, and sharing the literature you used to groom the victim.

Why can’t they hire the judge from the rittenhouse trial?

The Rittenhouse trial is happening because the woke have demanded it. If it had not been high profile in the media, or if it had involved a black person as the shooter, there would have been the normal round of plea negotiations and it would not have gone to trial.

Trials only happen when there is an impasse in negotiations. In the case of Rittenhouse the prosecutor MUST press dubious charges because otherwise they will cause political trouble both for themselves and for anyone who has ever endorsed them.

Chris is not in this situation. The only people who care about Chris are us retards, a few youtubers, and a brief mention on Tucker Carlson. The woke will not call for Chris' head because of the troon issue, and the conservatives just don't care enough because they're distracted by other things like the Loudoun County issue.

It’s sham and a shame in my opinion am i right in saying that?

Autism is indeed a powerful superpower, but he combined it with the faggot for a truly devastating combo. If should he convert to Judaism or become melanated, he would have the perfect defense.

California is actually shite at housing the homeless. This is because homeowners everywhere vote to prevent new homes from being built in their area because they should be built "somewhere else". Consequently no housing gets built anywhere and the few small apartments they've built for the homeless cost $600,000 each.
FYI, this kinda-sorta changed recently. Governor Moonbeam decided to allow plots zoned for single-family housing, with certain limitations, to be sub-dividable to facilitate high-density housing. Of course this TOTALLY wasn't a scam to give a handout to real-estate developers and land speculators who've likely already bought eligible properties so they can make a fortune.

Oh, and FYI? Most of the bums on the streets of SF are just fucking druggies. The only 'housing' they need is on a slab in the morgue.

AFAIK all of Chris's cases have been resolved in a single trial. A hearing is not a trial.

It's shocking if any arrest of literally anyone for anything goes straight to a trial and is resolved quickly.

Chris has never been on trial. Ever. There has never been a Chris trial. Again, trials are rare. They almost never happen. The vast, vast majority of arrests, like greater than 99%, result in either dropped charges or a plea agreement. They never go to trial. In terms of CONVICTIONS, 95% are via plea agreements, only 5% come from trial. All of Chris's cases have ended in a preliminary hearing where he has pled guilty, and trial was entirely skipped and it proceeded straight into a bench sentencing.

If you go to trial, you are either a fucking moron for not taking an agreement, or the prosecution has a shitty case either because they fucked up or because the public has forced them to press their shitty case. Or they have a good case but the public has forced the prosecutor to not make any concessions whatsoever so you lose nothing by going to trial.

EDIT: OK that's not quite right. All of Chris' cases have ended with either him pleading guilty at a preliminary hearing, or with charges being dropped entirely. But no trials. Trials just don't happen.

Example is the rittenhouse trial just look at the prosecutor and how he managed to possibly destroy his case but potentially his career

I did say "AFAIK." I'm always open to being corrected and appreciate your correction.

Again, I don't remember if we're allowed to delete posts. I thought I saw it as a rule somewhere but don't remember for sure. Otherwise I'd delete things that are incorrect.

You're only supposed to delete when you have good reason. I delete posts all the time with the reason "avoiding double post" so I can copypaste two adjacent posts I made accidentally into one post, to avoid cluttering shit up.

As long as you enter a good reason, you can probably delete it. Like if you're SUPER embarrassed about something you posted, putting your reason as "I'm a fucking moron, please let me take this back" might be sufficient.

A more gracious way to go about it though is to just add an edit saying you were wrong, or just own it in replies. There's no shame in being wrong as long as you're not retarded about how you deal with it. I'm wrong all the fucking time.

I also realize I'm posting this from a post-merge account, so it's a bit disingenuous.
